Placed an order for a replacement AED battery on 9/24/2024 for $294. Battery was never received. No correspondence as to why. Placed another order on 5/14/2025. Battery was never received. I have reached out to them, and they do not reply. This is outrageous. How they have been allowed to run this scam for this long is beyond me. I wished I would have read the NUMEROUS complaints about them on the BBB website prior to ordering.Business Response

Your first order shows as shipped but that was so far back that there is no tracking information available so we will just refund you since you state that you have not received it. Your recent order we have been trying to reach out to verify these products are not for resale which is not allowed and we could not get verification. This order has also been refunded. I placed an order on April 20th for replacement AED pads, received an order confirmation and was billed. Waited 2 weeks and received no updates on the order. I used the contact us form on the website to inquire about the status of my order, zero response. On May 5th, I texted the phone number provided on the website for order inquiries, received zero response. I again used the contact us form on the website on May 7th to make a final inquiry on the status of my order, again zero response. I will be seeking a chargeback on my credit card. This website is clearly a scam. Very low.... considering lives are at stake with the products you're selling. My gym used our AED to save a life, and needed replacement pads in a hurry, and unfortunately chose the wrong business to order from.Business Response

Unfortunately there is very high demand for these products and some manufacturers are not able to keep up with demand to have stock like things used to be. We responded to the email tht we had on file stating this battery was currently out of stock and offered to upgrade to the *** at no additional charge and did not receive a response back. On January 10, 2025 I place an order with AEDLand for LIFEPAK CR PLUS Replacement kit for $299.99. I received an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged. I received no further communication and did not receive my order, so I contacted them by text on 2/2/25 and they replied that it was scheduled to ship that week. I didn't not receive the order so I contacted them again through their website and also by text on 3/8/25 telling them that I still had not received my order. I got no reply and texted on 3/13/25 saying that if they couldn't fulfill my order that I would like my money back. They replied on 3/14/25 saying that it was going to ship either on 3/14/25 or 3/17/25. I replied that if I did not receive a tracking # by 3/17/25 that I would like my money refunded. I have not heard anything from them, so I just sent a text (3/19/25) requesting my money back. I am disappointed that I have been waiting since Jan 10, 2025 for my order that I have already been paid for and that their communication has been terrible. Better Business Bureau:
AED Land never informed me of supply chain issues. Instead they told me every time I contacted them that my order was about to be shipped. They also did not respond to my request to be refunded for the cost until I submitted a complaint to the BBB. Once I made the complaint they immediately refunded me, which I appreciate. However, I wished that they had let me know two and a half months ago that they did not have the product in stock so that I could have purchased it elsewhere. However, since they have refunded me, the resolution to complaint ID ******** is satisfactory to me.

I ordered two AED batteries on November 1st. I received no invoice or email showing a purchase occurred. I had to reach out to them to ask for a receipt. After a month, I texted the number on December 30th and they said to give them a call. I asked for them to text or email the status and received the "the battery is on back order". ************************************************************* 2.5 months of not receiving anything. The message you sent us was on a weekend and we responded within a few minutes. Order placed on or around 9/13/24. Two ******* Heartstart AED batteries, for devices that both needed replacement. Zero communication from this business until I reached out on 9/27 looking for an update as both AEDs support our youth town sports teams and it was critical we get them back into service for the football and soccer seasons. On 9/29 the business (who does not have a email or live phone for customer service) responded via text the items were shipping "this week". On 10/10 I reached out again looking for an update. No answer. On 10/17 I replied once again stating I would be seeking a chargeback. My credit card company asked that I request a refund first before they initiate the chargeback as I had previously only asked to receive my items ****. I again was met with no response from the business. Unfortunately I did not look this company up on BBB prior to this as it is clearly a pattern of behavior over and over again. I was forced to buy both batteries from another vendor at higher cost, but received them 3 days after ordering. I would recommend nobody does business with this company in the future, total nightmare and put children at risk by slow walking my shipment. At no point was I informed of any inventory shortages or alternative options so I doubt most of the previous cases where they claim shortages are legitimate, and if they are, what an absolutely terrible method of doing business.Business Response

As for your comment on shortages There absolutely has been an outage of this item and we did respond to your messages about there being an outage. As we always communicate to our customers you should always have a spare battery to install when the installed battery is low per the owner's manual. I made the order on Oct 4th, 2024 for one AED battery ******* M5070a. On Oct 7th the money was withdrawn from the ******** account. It is now Oct 23, **************************************************************** shipping from AEDLAND.com. We went with this business because they claim the owner is a former *** and wanted to offer them business and support small businesses. We have learned our ****** and will never waste our money on small online businesses again. No one at aedland.com responds to your texts, which is the only way they offer to contact them. I am rejecting this response because: No communication was given that the battery was on back order until three weeks after making the purchase. We only discovered it was on backorder via text after we had submitted multiple texts and then filed a BBB complaint. Miraculously, the item was available and tracking provided after that. If a package is on backorder you should have notified the customer in a timely fashion not make them wait 3 weeks with no communication. Having a working AED battery is a requirement and could have been very costly to us as we waited for our battery and had no communication from your company.
