    Osteostrong, Clive, IA closed their business the end of January. Feb 2nd an email was received about the closing, information about the closure, and refunding pre-paid fees. After several emails back and forth with owner, *************************** calculated refund of $370.76, and more emails followed about payment by check, address supplied, and 14 emails later (February 2nd thru April 25th) still NO CHECK has been forthcoming. May 7th wife and co-owner ***** was contacted and a positive response and apology was given, with promise of a check.June 2nd my credit card was charged an annual fee of $1142.76. June 7th that charge was reversed. I had no knowledge of these transactions until credit card statement arrived last week. On June 11th, ***** was again contacted and responded that check would be mailed the next day. (On June 17th mailing address was supplied a second time).June 25th, No check has arrived. My patience is exhausted. These owners have at least two other businesses and as a senior citizen I'm disappointed that they are retaining money with no services rendered.
