  At first I was very skeptical of all the companies trying to get me to sign up for ERC. I first went with another company and at the very end before signing I felt very uneasy and backed out. I did a little research for a reputable company who offered assistance should there be an IRS audit. Innovation Refunds helped assure me they would be there should there be an audit. The service I got from Innovation Refunds was great. All the team members including Samuel Estes was excellent. I was kept in constant contact throughout the process and any questions I had were answered. I would highly recommend Innovation Refunds to any business that is considering using them

  IR has helped our company tremendously. The process from beginning to end was straight forward and when questions did arise, they were always willing and able to help. We worked with Kate B. and Thomas G. the most and both were knowledgeable and would check up on us throughout the process.   I can't remember how we heard about Innovation Refunds, but from the beginning of the process all the way through, the team that we were privileged to work with (Frank, Tracey and Chavis) have been so on point with their communication with us, keeping us up to date on where we were in our ERC Credit process, and super professional. We are so glad we found them! I would recommend using them to anyone that might have this credit available to them.

  process by contacting Matt ***** who was very helpful. After Matt we worked with Ryan ****, again very helpful and patient in getting all the necessary information to them. From that point on, Drew ***** brought us to the finish line. Very few glitches, which we caused by us, but were handled patiently

  Devonte ********, Chelsea *******, & Jacob *** with Innovations Refunds worked with me and were patient with me at times getting the refund's information together and to the IRS in order to get me the refunds to me. It all went very well and am happy with the results. They are a very professional group and am very fortunate to have used them in this endeavor.

  One of our partners heard about Innovation Refunds on the Michael Berry show. We checked into it and it turned out to be a great company with great staff. We applied for the ERC Refund and within 4 months we received our refund. I highly recommend this company. Josh ******* was our representative and did a great job answering all of our questions and assisting us with the process.

  Innovation Refunds helped me get the full value of my Employee Retention Tax Credit. They were extremely professional and efficient. The time that was required from me was kept to a minimum. I have to admit at the beginning I thought this might be a scam of some sort, for that was in the summer of 2022 and I had not heard of the ERC. But Innovation Refunds was very professional, and any doubts I had were soon quelled.

  I was extremely skeptical of the whole ERC process when I reached out to Innovation Refunds. The first person I spoke with was Alicia Thornton. I explained my concerns and she was able to provide me with information that made me comfortable enough to move forward in the process. I have to say that their strong communication and know what (and when) to expect each step of the way was exactly how our experience was. There were no surprises and we were very pleased with the refund we were entitled to. Their estimate was exactly what we received. Working with everyone at Innovation Refunds has been a positive experience. The 2 people who stood out to me was Alicia Thornton at the beginning of the process and Chavis Keller towards the end of the process. Both Alicia and Chavis were always available to answer any question that I had. Chavis kept me apprised of when I should hear from the IRS and was there to assist me when we received our refund and navigating the process. If you are reading this then you are probably doing your research as I did....All I can say is you really have nothing to lose to submit the information and see if you are entitled to a refund.   Kayla Brewer, Michael Kist and Debbie Blanchard were awesome to work with! They were very helpful and kept us informed through the whole process. There was no cost up front and we are very happy with our refund! We highly recommend Innovation Refunds and have recommended them!

  I originally learned of the ERC program from an Ad on Breitbart News Radio. I was a little skeptical, but after receiving well in excess of $ 500,000 from the PPP program and an EIDL loan in excess of $ 100,000 from the SBA, I looked into the ERC program. I was quite early and there were not many companies offering to shepherd me through the ERC process. I decided I would try to qualify and submitted my application to Innovation Refunds. The clearing house application form was simple and I quickly found out that I might qualify for several hundred thousand dollars of ERC credits. I elected to go through the process with Innovation Refunds. It did take well over 100 man-hours on the company's side to aggregate the required information. It also took a number of months for Innovation Refunds to perform the review. At the end, I was confident that the Innovation Refunds accountants performed their proper due diligence and came up with a completely valid assessment of the ERC funds due to my company. We submitted the completed and signed application. It took about 4 - 6 months to get a response from the IRS, which confirmed the amounts due. Within another months, the company received the ERC credits.
  
  These funds, in addition to the PPP program and EIDL loan have allowed the company to continue to operate. Our company was authorized as an emergency service provider in both New York and New Jersey during COVID-19. I had to personally fund the company, at times, during COVED-19 however I made a commitment to my employees that I would do everything within my power to keep the employees working and paid. I can only congratulate Donald Trump for developing this program, which allowed my company to weather the COVED-19 storm.
  
  I also thank Innovation Refunds for their spectacular performance in achieving the level of success achieved. Good Job guys (and girls).
