  I must admit, I was skeptical about proceeding with this process, but I am so pleased that I went through with it. Everyone I worked with was so helpful, but Devonte was especially helpful and patient with me while getting things completed. Any time I had a question or an issue, the response time was excellent. I would highly recommend Innovation Refunds!

  Innovation Refunds was a lifesaver. This last two years has been quite a struggle for us, worst in our almost 50 year history as a pool construction and retail business. Alex and Paolo were great at explaining everything and encouraging and instructing me. Their communication was superb and I felt I could call them at any time with questions and they responded quickly. Thanks so much to Innovation Refunds.   I highly recommend Innovation Refunds. My team of Chris, Steve and Samuel were excellent...friendly, patient and reached out occasionally to remind me that the process would take several months and that they had not forgotten about me.
  I learned about this company from a commercial on SiriusXM and contacted them. Like most everyone I have spoken with about the ERC, I was a bit skeptical. However, I checked them out through the BBB and the customer reviews were glowing and encouraging.
  One of the things that gave me the most comfort was once we were "handed off" to the tax law firm, I researched that firm. I was very impressed with the background and experience within the firm.

  Our team David and Taylar made this whole process so easy and simple and stress-free. They told me what documents I needed to gather and submit and made the whole process so doable. They were very patient and professional in answering all of our questions and concerns. We appreciate all of their help with everything. They kept us updated all along the process. We'll be referring any other qualifying businesses that we know to IR.
