    Was not too sure about using Innovation Refunds, sounded to easy to be true, always leery of those kinds of deals!
    But I have been pleasantly surprised our rep Devonte' Thedford has been really easy to work with, walked me through the process and its been exactly as he has said. We have received 2 of our first checks, does take a bit to start receiving the checks, the process is a little lengthy but guess that's to be expected dealing with the government.
    So glad we did this and would recommend to anyone that has a refund coming.

    I am very pleased with the assistance I received working with Innovation Refund. Devonte' ********, Ryan **** and the others that assisted in this process were all very nice and knew what they were doing! Ryan made sure to consistently check in and assistant with any issues while uploading documents and Devonte' made sure to give updates and check in while we waited for our refund. Very much impressed!!

    Innovation refunds is the best!! I was skeptical at first, but I have received my payroll refunds with their help and have been very pleased with their services. Several people helped me through the process but 2 I remember specifically are Justin Godwin and Chavis Keller. Thanks to all of you for helping me receive these much needed funds!!!

    I cannot say enough good things about Zach, Merissa, Denise and Thomas...They were all so helpful in getting us our Employee Retention Credit (ERC) through the IRS. We started this process in July and in December we received all our checks. Thanks again!

    Outstanding group. Very efficient, effective and professional. The were able to help us recover the refunds due our company much sooner that we anticipated. The entire process took about 5 months from the date we applied to getting actual refund checks delivered to our office. Highly recommended.

    Customer service and UX/UI at Innovation Refunds are really outstanding. Adrean Johnson-Wigley and Kelsey Ferrell worked with me through two of my applications and made the process super easy. They were eager to help at every step of the way. For the fee that Innovations Refunds charges, I would not expect any less. Glad to see that a good portion of the six figures the company is earning through its contracts with my companies is going toward procuring talented customer service agents. I vetted one of IR's competitors and although they charged a lower fee, their sales folks were of the used car variety and their application/submissions process was way clunky. To Adrean and Kelsey - I hope this review gets you a raise or at least a pat on the back.
