  Wonderful Company. Working with Innovation Refunds was always pleasant. Amber & Michael were very informative and thorough. Even when we were waiting for weeks at a time, they kept us updated and made sure we knew each step of the process and how long it will take.

  I would be wary of this company. I think they are a heavy marketing operation that used radio advertising to create a huge demand for the service. They have a bank of telemarketers that do the follow-up and try to get all of your information properly entered onto their portal. This part appeared to go pretty well, as they aggressively worked with me to get all of my information into the portal or if I sent a file to them, they would enter that file into the portal for me. Unfortunately, the telemarketers are churning out the customers, but it appears they are understaffed to actually do the technical review work. So then things just die. I completed my paperwork and sent in the requested files on August 8, 2022. Suposedly it gets sent to a tax attorney/*** who reviews the documents, but I am still waiting 6 weeks later. What is worse - I cannot get a straight answer as to where my application is in the process. All answers from the telemarketing team are very vague, even though it will be the telemarketer that will get you to sign the agreement (to pay them their fee). For example, if indeed it is a first-come-first-serve process, where am I in the process? Has the *** started to review my files, yet? How many companies are in front of me? The response - "our system doesn't work that way. I can't bother them as that would slow the process down. They're not going to give me that information" So I ask the question, Is there anyone who submitted their work by July 1, 2022 who has not made it through the review yet? The response - "our system doesn't work that way. It depends on the company and the information." She avoided answering the question - very slick. But it gets better! I ask the question, Has any company you have worked with that submitted their paperwork on July 1, received their approval to be sent to the *** for the refund? The answer? Another non-answer! She said is was possible, but she doesn't keep up with dates clients submitted work.

  Innovation Refunds kept us informed every step of the way. It was so worth it to take the time to fill out the initial questionnaire, which enabled us to know an approximate amount we would receive at the end of the process. Knowing that estimated amount motivated us to work the process through, so that our business may benefit. I highly recommend their services. They were very professional and they will keep us updated as we await the payout.
