  This entire process, while lengthy, was carried out effectively. My main contact was ********************* who was very quick to reply (and she always did) and answer questions and concerns. I'm glad I was able to claim my refund, thank you Innovation.

  They have helped a lot of companies and done a lot of good for business owners. However they do not feel the same about their employees. They just did a massive firing of all their remote contract workers without any notice at all. *************************** cares only for himself and the 57 corporate officers/buddies in **********. Why work with a company that doesn't even care about the employees that depend on them for a living.

  Very impressive business! When I had issues understanding what was needed, ****** and ******** went out of their way to help me. Our accounting program had glitches and would not give me the information I needed for 2019, yet they came up with a solution. I never thought we would qualify for credit, because our business, when opened, made more than the previous year; they knew the solution, and made it happen! Highly recommended! We can't thank them enough!

  This company is not a registered accounting firm and if our *** wasn't involved in this, we would have been in HUGE trouble if the *** ever audited our claim. Innovation Refunds may make this easy for people to claim these credits, but in the event of an audit, many clients will be in a world of hurt.To elaborate, our sales rep told us we qualified for the credits based on "limited commerce". He told us that their work was guaranteed and their insurance would cover any repayments we had to the *** in the event of an audit. However, we were told that the *** or attorney reviewing our file would make the final determination that we were eligible.They would not review my qualifications until I provided confidential payroll records. So I agreed.A month later I was told I qualify for $1.2m. However, I have since heard that the ************************ is warning of Tax Promoters so I engaged a Certified Public Accountant that specializes in Employee Retention Credits to validate my claims. The accountant spoke with the tax attorney hired by Innovation Refunds, and after further prodding, the attorney admitted that he had not done all the work to validate my eligibility. And in the event of an audit, I would be the one responsible for defending my position (even though I still don't know what is necessary because simply "being impacted by the pandemic" is not enough).The accountant I hired has been through audits for these employee retention credits and knows what is required to prove. And none of this work was done by the attorney who was ready for me to sign a ***** of ******** so he could file on my behalf.From the sales pitch to false promises to outright fraud by the subcontractors they are outsourcing these files to, this business must be stopped from putting more small businesses in legal jeopardy with the ************************.At the end of the day, I encourage everyone to work with a *** firm who will put in the work.

  ***** was wonderful to work with. Though this process is lengthy (8 months to receive all checks) and the fee is steep (25%), it was well worth it. We received roughly $130,000 in tax credits from previous years. I tried to apply for the **** on my own and did not qualify based on financials alone. Thanks to Innovation Refunds, we were able to qualify for all employees for 6 quarters. They were in communication throughout the entire process and helped us get the maximum credit possible.

  Working with Innovation Refunds was effortless and straigtforward. I was given a small list of reports to send them and they did the rest. ***************************, ***************************, ***************** and *************************** held my hand the whole way and checked in with me Monthly. It took 5 months for our checks to come rolling in but it was well worth it. Thank You!

  *************************** and ***********************, thank you! The process is very easy and the *** analysis is free. The fee is high but I would not have done it without them so it made it worth it.
