  As advertised, Innovation Refunds made the process easy and fulfilled their end of the bargain. ***** (Way) got the ball rolling and **** (*****) carried it across the line for us. Great customer service and communication. You really do get a personal consult and all of my questions and follow-up questions were answered in a timely manner, if not immediately.

  Innovation guided me through the whole process. ***************************** was my pleasant contact. She responded very quickly and helped me to collect all the documents. *************************** has made himself available to me for any questions I have. It has been a very pleasant experience.   These guys were great all the way through! Although we had to do some work with reading and signing documents, they did the explanation, double and triple checking. &Yes, we did pay them 25% for their service, but it was well worth it, didn't pay until our checks from the *** were cashed, and we would not have received the credit without Innovations' help.

  Innovations refunds is a very dependable and Proffesional firm. I was able to get my full tax credit in just a few months. They were always polite and on point. They gave me the time frame of my refunds and the amounts of each check which were accurate 100 percent. Thank you ***** for your quick processing of our refunds!

  After seeing an email from Innovation Refunds, we filled out the form and submitted, received a notice that we qualified for the *** Credits. We worked with *************************** at first and then switched to Juwlor ***** when the notices and checks started coming in. We received our first notice on June 5th and a check shortly after that. It was nice to see that the *** added interest to the refund amount while they held the money and better yet, Innovation Refunds did not include the interest in their billing calculation, that was ours to keep. We have received all six quarters refunded and found Innovation very easy and helpful to work with. Thank you!

  I had a great experience working with this company, especially working with **********************. She was easy to work with and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I have received all the funds that I qualified, much more then I had anticipated in a very timely manner. My local CPA was not as helpful at all, in fact didnt even want to take this is as he was to busy. I highly recommend them to you.

  Great company to work with in obtaining ERTC dollars through this US government program. Easy to sign up for and quick to find out if your company qualifies. To date, we have received all 6 of the 6 quarters we applied for through Innovation Refunds. No money required up front, frequent follow-***************** by Innovation staff (************************* was very helpful and responsive in keeping us updated). Would definitely recommend to any business that would qualify for an Employee Refund Tax Credit.
