  We contacted Innovation Refunds in late 2022 to apply for ERTC. This entire experience has been very positive. Their representatives explained the program thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Once the paperwork was submitted they continued to keep in touch with me by phone or email.   We started the process early in 2023 and once all the paperwork was submitted to the *** we started to receive our checks approximately four months later. They were easy to work with and ********************* our Customer Account Representative kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

  The company was fast and efficient and did just want they stated they could do for my company. The process started in January and I received the money in July. They always answered questions I may have had and helped me to understand why I qualified for this program when my CPA's stated I didn't. Definitely, would recommend the company to others.

  We are a small credit union with 18 employees. We worked with Innovation Refunds to obtain the employee retention credit (ERC) provided by the CARES Act, since we kept our employees on payroll during the pandemic. Innovation Refunds was so easy to work with, as they provided us with one of their employees who worked with us every step of the way. In particular, Debbie Blanchard, was a fantastic employee who helped us and stayed in touch with us through completion when we received our ERC refund. So, we highly recommend Debbie Blanchard and the good folks at Innovation Refunds to help companies get their ERC refunds.

  We were turned down twice, then we went to Innovation Refunds. From the start of the process which was January, we worked with some amazing people from start to finish in July! Nick was in contact over the past few months to assist us in every step of the way. Nathan, Zack, and Nick Thank you!!!

  It was a pleasure working with Innovation Refunds and specifically with Drew Falco. A very professional company that made this process very easy for us. Their specialists did all the work. We got our very needed funds fast. They kept us up to date with what was going on throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the whole process and especially with the results.   My accountant told me we probably wouldn't qualify for the ERC. After hearing their commercial numerous times, I decided to look into in in deeper detail with Innovation Refunds, and I am glad I did. The amount of information they required helped assure me that they were both experienced and had a high level of expertise in this field. My agent Tyler was very attentive and kept me up to date on when the checks would probably start coming in. Even paying them was easy, straightforward and earned because I wouldn't have walked away with 6 figures if it wasn't for them.

  From start to finish, Innovation Refunds did an excellent job! From Jeff Townsend to Samuel Estes, they kept us informed and frequently checked in with us to see where we were in the process. I have recommended this company to several people and will continue to recommend as I personally feel this entire process was done in the most professional way!

  Thanks so much for your help ERC! Like so many restaurants and retail operations we took quite a hit during Covid. The PPP money was nice but went to just a few of the reoccuring bills and to continue to pay our loyal staff until it ran out. With this program it is was much more flexable and will allow me to beging making much needed equipment updates and finally get caught up on our expenses. Josh and your staff answered my questions timely, kept me up to date on the process, and were great to work with. We couldn't be happier, all our best!
