  Overall, the experience has been pretty good so far. I have received all of my refunds and have paid out the 25% to IR. I am a little worried if I should get audited in the next 3 years if IR will still be in business to take part in the audit. My CPA didn't think I qualified but the folks at IR assured me I was. We'll see.Also, I know I will come out ahead in the end but, a little curious as to how much I will actually walk away with after paying IR, paying additional taxes, and paying the fees to my CPA.Only downside is IR is a little annoying in contacting you constantly while waiting on refunds. I don't know, maybe that's automated.*****************************, *************** and *************************** were all helpful in the process.

  My agent was **************************Without ***** leading the way I could never have completed the *** Process successfully. ***** was responsive and knowledgeable though out the entire process.Without her I would never have ever finished.The questionnaire was the most difficult but she guided me through with excellent suggestions. My application went through the internal reviews without any changes She then kept me informed of my status even after my application was though the review process.Just recently my application went into the *** My *** credit was way more than I ever expected.Thank you ***** !!!

  I was very ***** about filing for the *** tax credit at first because of the amount of work on my part. However, after a couple of months, with the help of ***********************, we completed the initial process. Thereafter, I had the pleasure of being connected to ********************* who kept me informed the rest of the way. She was very helpful answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. She contacted me at least 3 times per month giving me updates. It took about 8 months to receive all of our checks and I could'nt be more satisfied with the services of Innovation Refunds and would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to help with your business. A+ in my book!!!!

  Innovation Refunds was great to work with. ***************** kept in contact with me the whole time, calling and emailing me every month to see if I had any questions and give me a heads up on the waiting period on when to expect to hear from the **** He was easy and pleasant to talk to and his team, ********************* and ******************* were great to work with as well.
