    If I could give a zero star review I would. Worst company ever. Turned off my card with $1500 in FSA money after denying multiple lab corp bills and co pays with ********************************** and my chiropractor. I have used my cards prior with my concern but all of a sudden the company switches this year and many of my claims are denied. I send in additional documentation, which mind you is itemized, and still denied. Do you want my blood with it? Because clearly nothing is good enough for you. Also mind you I didnt get notification that these charges were an issue until too late. They claim they sent notice but none were to be found until I had to do additional research when my card kept getting denied. Now I cant use my card and I have multiple expenses that I will have to manually enter and Im sure get denied even with itemized expenditures. That is beyond other issues with life insurance through my choice that was a cluster getting tossed around to multiple representatives saying it was not their problem even though its through their portal. Again, what more do you want from me?! I have requested any number of times just to have the *** sent to me and one person says its not needed while the next says it is and I am just looking in the wrong spot, but wont tell me where to look. When I request to have it sent to me to fill out, they refuse and say I need to look elsewhere. Its like this company doesnt care about its clients and just wants to take their money and not allow them to use it. So frustrating because it was never an issue prior. The whole benefits portal and set up was a nightmare shard by all of the members of the hospital. We all were so frustrated and bogged down by how cumbersome and non intuitive it was. Poor excuse for a company that causes undue stress.

    Negative Stars Had 2 dentist visits for a crown. 1 for the fitting with payment made of $550 using my so called MyChoice Accounts card. Invoice had all the details of the Service including the balance due of $550. 2nd visit the following week to get the crown installed, paid the balance with the same card. Took receipt of payment showing balance due from the previous visit. As per usual from this terrible company, I get a documentation needed to be submitted. Luckily due to the terrible pattern of the same issues with needed documentation, I kept receipts for both visits and submitted them. They approve the first payment for the first visit but wanted more detailed of the charges for the second. That information was on the first payment receipts. Apparently, math is hard for them there. So I pointed that out in a document that I had to rig to get uploaded to their awful system, God forbid they give an email address to a live person to correspond with, and if I have to call outside their limited hours. And as per the norm I get some incoherent response back "The document(s) you provided are not associated to this transaction." Reading is hard for them too. Now my card is suspended. I've been forced to upload receipts from using my personal card. Only to have them now "recouped" to payback the balance from my 2nd Dentist visit that should have been paid out months back. So, I'll be forced to call them some time while I'm at work to try to get it corrected. I never have posted a review with negative rating for a company. The ongoing pattern of bad service, bad interactions, bad bad bad everything I've just had it. I hope they get their act together long enough to fix my problem. Either way, I'll be writing a letter to my HR Team and Company Chairman that we need to drop this loser of a benefits provider.

    You can copy the review from ******* G , is exactly my case , ****** switch to this company this year and they suspended my card for not providing doctors notes and all that s....even so they are taking 60 dollars a week until December from my paycheck, never before this horrible nightmare happened 2600 a year that I cannot use , my choice was not my choice since I requested my benefit s not to change from previous years but they did.....Please someone do something is border line illegal....

    If I could leave negative stars I would. I have Mychoice through my provider. My provider changed from ***** to this provider this year. The worst mistake they could've made. I continue to recieve emails stating they need receipts for services I used my my hsa for. I have sent numerous of receipts and EOBs and I am still getting emails. These are for medical services and dental services. I have never had this trouble with our previous provider. They have since suspended my card after they received the receipts. This is unacceptable. I have notified my employer of the inconvenience this company has put me through and my employer assured me that they have received many complaints about this company. So I hope next year we would be rid of them or I refuse to put MY money into an *** account with MYCHOICE. I have a lot of medical appointments and this is certainly an inconvenience. I guess my account will stay suspended because I have nothing else to send them. I have sent them my ****, my provider g Has given me detailed receipts to send and still I get that funky a** email about more documentation. I mean this company is beyond ridiculous. I don't think they know what they are doing. I feel like it is a scam and they are trying to steal MY money, because they asked for a check from ME to pay them for an expense I have paid with MY money. This is not their money it is MINE.

    Worst company to administer FSA benefits. Had the company retro-retract over $2,000 worth of previously approved, processed, and paid claims over "*** Requirements", yet those items already were resolved by providing a Letter of Medical Necessity - as required. When asked for the specific reference to the *** Law/Requirement - they stated, go on the *** website and look. After repeated requests for the Reference they are using to decree those previous claims are no good - they still will not provide it.

    The absolute worst! My wife lost her job and we had to change to my benefits through benefitsolver. The verification letter they gave me was vague and confusing. We had to submit paperwork 4 times over a week in order to get the correct information to benefitsolver. In addition, everytime they requested more information, they only sent a form letter with a couple of sentences that did not detail what information was still required. It was left to my wife to either call them up at normal business hours or guess at what was still needed. All this while having to horror of not having health insurance hanging over our heads. Dealing with Immigration and Naturalization was easier than working with these people.

    I have been trying to get reimbursements for IRMAA 2022 and keep getting emails from infobusinessolver.com requesting documentation. For one week now I have sent all the documentations for reimbursements for ******************** for both myself and my husband only to be told more documentations are needed. Called the company every day for a week now and they now want a SSA 1099 2024 document which is not available before they will reimburse me for IRMAA 2022. Too bad you do not have 0 stars because this company does not deserve any stars. I only wish that NJ ******************* would get rid of this company. Last year they also refused to pay and requested more documents when all documents were sent. Finally we got reimbursed in August, but I sent all documents in May 2023. I think this is done on purpose.

    This appears to be a scam. if you search you can find a phone number, but it is not a real number. If you email them, it is returned as non-deliverable. I got 6 notifications, five in a row and one additional one a minute later. After wasting too much time, I simply deleted these emails. I owe them nothing and delete in the future without delay.     My employer partnered with this company to manage our FSA accounts. If I could give negative stars I would. My funds are not accessible since my MyChoice debit card has been "turned off" due to missing required documentation (which I have uploaded at least 3 times). I call nearly weekly and each time get a different response. I have used the same providers for over a year, and have never had this trouble. I am required to submit receipts for the same Dr. I see weekly for a qualified expense. They hide behind "these are IRS rules". I call BS on that. Again, same provider we have been using for years for the same service, never had this much trouble .. the IRS rules have not changed. The representatives answering the phone are often rude. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were told, that was not possible. We did receive a call from a supervisor (after the designated time they gave us passed) who pretty much blew us off as well and indicated there was no need to talk to him. Bottom line, I will in no way shape or form participate in the FSA program next year, not if we stick with these folks. Not worth the hassle. I will be sure to share the BBB rating of F to my management and HR team. Oh, and the last CSR I spoke with declared that the money in the account was not mine anyway. This is despite the fact that I have these funds deducted from my paycheck pre-tax... guess what buddy.. when I don't use the FSA account next year, where do you think that money goes??? Yeah, into MY checking account. Yes, I will lose some to taxes, but they are MY earnings. This is the type of gibberish you get when you call asking what the heck is going on. Because I have no debit card and I now waste time submitting claims for items I could have easily used a card for. I will set the clock... how long until I receive MY money??? I apologize to the consumer readers of this review.. I'm sure it is disjointed, but I am hopping mad and tired of this
