      Your special are all our with in hour or so, I will not buy anything else from your store if your specials are out! You just want us to get in the store!!

      The Chinese food was awful. It was dried up and over cooked. Not sure who is cooking now but need to do better .

      We visit on Tues for senior discounts.while waiting in a very large line we were told that no one knew how to do senior discounts.Their were 2 managers on registers that told the cashier asking them for help that they could not help them as they were to busy.**** one manager was so mean and rude to all of us and the poor cashier that I reminded her that we were the customers and her lack of training only meant terrible customers service.For several weeks a happy store has changed to very happy employees.We have not been greeted,ask if we needed helped most didn't bother us absolutely no smiles.It seems these employees are very sad.How can they help us if managers and corporate is not helping them.This occurred at the Forest City store.The only thing we can do to not experience this again is ******* and Amazon.Forest City is a lovely small town it deserves more than this Hy-Vee

      This business emails me daily about specials of the day. I have had this happen on more than one occasion. Today, they had frozen entrees by stouffers advertised at $1.99.I went to 2 of thier locations and they were out of the selections advertised and offer no rain checked. I feel they are false advertising and having product they are claiming to have through annoying email advertising that they don't honor.

      This company owns online pet shop name ******* on shopify. It's not showing on ******* Be careful order from *******. Because seller consistently lying about my order and what they are doing on shopify seems very scammy. I tried to cancel my order because they don't even ship my order 5 days after I purchaced. (It's pet foods!!! My cats are hungry!) but they said they cannot refund my order since they already shipped it. However, On their website says my order is still not shipped. I screen shot the tracking page and e-mail them back and said stop lying and give full refund. They gave me new tracking number with ****** Well the tracking number the seller gave me was not exist on ***** website. STOP LYING! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW!! CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ON ******* AS WELL.

      This is more for people looking for employment. I would just recommend this does not seem like a good place to work. I've had 2 bad interviewing experiences with Hyvee in **********, ****. The first was when I applied for a floral **** position because of the specific hours for work, and interviewer kept pushing the bakery position on me even though I said repeatedly I couldn't work the assigned bakery hours. A second interview more recently, I returned the call of the personnel manager. When I told the person who answered the phone that I was returning a call from this manager, she said, "I can't get her for you. She told us to never bother her because she's so busy," and this woman sounded genuinely terrified of the personnel manager and I thought this is not the work environment I want to be in. I just kept thinking this is the manager over everyone and if this person scares people, then not a good fit. Their interviewers need better skill sets.

      I have found that since HyVee has put in self checkout lanes, their service has suffered.For instance, you are not asked if you would like to get a coupon price. A $1 coupon would not seem a big deal, but every coupon that is not redeemed is a savings loss to a customer. I believe that this is a purposeful move by HyVee. I have been a good customer for **********************, but I will not be in the future. Its a simple process to have the self check lanes programed to ask it you would like to take advantage of a coupon price. Shame on you HyVee.

      Been going to ******************* over 15 years. The past two years were awful. Poor customer service and rude cashiers. Regularly do not have baggers. Pharmacy is great customer service. If not for them I would have moved on a long time ago.
