      This company sent a salesman to my house, unsolicited, who made numerous promises that were not kept. The main complaint is that he told me that Fenix Pest Control had a list of services that they would perform on the outside and INSIDE of my home on a quarterly basis . They requested that we give them the opportunity to perform 4 services but we could cancel if we were unhappy. He said I had to go online to verify the first service. After having to call them to reschedule the inside service last August, they came in September and December without notifying us one week before and 1/2 hour before Their arrival on the day they would perform the service. When I called to complain I was then told that inside service is performed as a Courtesy and the price of $158 is set and no refunds would be issued for the inside service not being done. I was also told that I could not cancel the the last service without paying a cancellation fee, which is the same $158. So the salesman lied about what services they provide, that they would always call one week and 1/2 hour prior to coming and that the quarterly service could be cancelled if we were not satisfied. Apparently when I logged on to their website to verify the first appointment, somewhere in the fine print, it stated that I agreed to a full year of quarterly services. I do not like doing business with liars!
