      Thanks to **** ****** for taking good care of our home and yard. Thanks for the extra bait stations in the garage. Walked the yard with me as he has not been here before and explained since there is snow they wont spray for bugs but do a winter treatment. Very professional and helpful.

      Wasnt made aware that there would be a service performed. Never authorized someone to be on my property. Besides that, there is snow on the ground from 2 days ago. What is the point of spraying when there is snow and it will melt and wash away the pesticides?? Not happy with Fenix will not be paying another dime to this scam artist

      My experience is the same as most other respondents', although I feel that their current D- rating is even too high. They do excel and deserve an F at best! On 2 January the tech arrived at my home for a service. I was not home, but my spouse was in the house. When the Tech rang the doorbell to let us know he was beginning the service, my spouse questioned why he would do a service when there was fresh snow on the ground, and she stated she preferred that he come back. The tech responded with "The homeowner authorized the service. " Yes, I authorized a week prior and there was no fresh snow on the ground. The tech performed the service, I called and made a complaint and canceled my service, contract. They have since illegally charged my credit card for the last service. I contacted them about that, and they refunded the charge but have continued to push for payment for a service that I requested canceled. I still have not received an invoice for the canceled service. The best advice I can give any homeowner in the area...Do not use Fenix! I have contacted the Attneory General for the State of **** about their questionable business practices.

      My experience with Fenix Pest Control has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. While their pest control services were satisfactory when performed, their handling of cancellations and billing has been nothing short of a nightmare.On 9/19/2024, I mailed a written cancellation notice to the address listed in their agreement. I never received a return letter from ****, so I assumed it had been delivered. However, after receiving a marketing email from them on 10/4/2024, I called to confirm the cancellation. They claimed they had not received the letter and requested that I email it instead. When I returned from a trip, I emailed the cancellation letter on 10/8/2024 and received confirmation from them that my account was canceled.Despite this confirmation, I was charged $61.48 on 11/4/2024 and 12/2/2024. When I called on 12/6/2024, I was told the November charge was valid because they require 30 days' notice to cancel (even though I provided notice on 9/19/2024). They promised to refund the December charge but have not done so as of ******** make matters worse, on 12/10/2024, I received an email notifying me that a pest control appointment was scheduled for 12/12/2024, even though my account was supposedly canceled months earlier. I called again, and they assured me they would remove my property from the schedule.Their inability to honor their own cancellation process, ongoing unauthorized billing, and failure to issue promised refunds make me question their business ethics. *** had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and spend countless hours trying to resolve this issue.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fenix Pest Control to anyone. If you do choose to work with them, I strongly suggest keeping detailed records and proof of all correspondence, as their processes and customer service are unreliable at best.

      Although, we did not receive the written cancellation notice, we did honor the emailed cancellation and refunded the 2 monthly payments afterwards.

      I was not made aware that a contract was signed from the get go. I tried to cancel the December appointment twice. They still came out where I have video footage of him not completing any service. I have sent the footage and pictures of the evidence to the company stating I will not be paying for the service. They said I have to because it was completed and they will send someone else out to do it. I do not want them at my house. I feel completely robbed of my money and taken advantage of. This company is a true scam.

      Great price for the service we receive. Always very professional, on time and we never see any bugs. They follow up on service anytime we request a follow up visit within a timely basis. If our time doesnt work with our schedule for the inside they always return when it works with our schedule. They are very prompt in returning emails and calls. Super easy to work with and we are very happy with our service and the techs we have.

      Highly disappointed and would not recommend. **************** is non-existent, virtually impossible to reach live person. Called them 3 times, first two times I waited on hold for about 15 minutes, then was auto-disconnected. Last call, I left voicemail asking for a return call, but never received.f Company continued to text and email multiple times per day after this, but cant reach them to resolve. Im cancelling my service and paying the termination penalty to avoid the frustration and continued waste of time.

      This company is awful. They didn’t perform the services they stated when we were pitched the sale to sign up. When my husband said something to their tech they got snippy with him which in turn pissed my husband off and he contacted the company and their tech still didn’t do the service correctly. We have been dealing with them about this. They first told us that they would credit us since we were not satisfied with it and due to the inconvenience. Now they are stating they never issued us a credit and want us to pay for the service they credited us for plus their cancellation fee. I would NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THEM AT ALL. Stick with your current pest control.
