      ****** ******* was the technician today. He introduced himself and explained the treatments that he was applying. ****** was very conscientious and thorough and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Thanks for the good service!

      I started using Fenix last fall, due to an outbreak of Box Elder bugs. I have had different servicers each time, had ******* today and he seemed Fenix very professional. They did want me to have someone home that was 18 years old to do service inside, just fyi. They text the night before, but dont necessarily tell you a time.

      Technician was thorough in treating the perimeter of the house, garage, basketball hoop, mailboxes, and any extra areas of typical concern. Also checked the bait boxes in the garage. He was willing to talk with me about the products used and was very sociable and willing to spend time here doing a great job. Thank you!

      ******* arrived within the scheduled time frame. He introduced himself and inquired on what I have been seeing then discussed his planned application. Afterwards ******* informed me that he was complete and reviewed what he did. A true professional!
