    In 2020, A deposit was given for siding and roofing install. A New Look Exteriors came and removed my roof and left. Returned 2 weeks later. A couple days after removal, there was a large rain storm and we had water leaking everywhere. Ruined insulation and ceilings in upper floors. After installing siding was installed weeks after. Did not tape house wrap, destroyed frame to deck being built, Broke windows, installed cracked parts. Did not install flashing for leak prevention, Did not do cleanup after they left. They left siding ****'s in nailed to the front of my house for 3 more weeks. Then pulled the nails and didn't fill in the holes to the new shingles they damaged. They damaged soffit and left a large hole in it and did not repair it. Removed crown molding on facia and didn't cut straight line while cutting the plywood back. When insulation of new facia was happening, they didn't cut the metal correctly and doesn't reach the drip edge so several pieces fell off. They did not fold corners on drip edge. They cut them so there is a gap. Also roofing crew was caught 2 times drinking alcohol on job. There was theft. Roofing crew stole my extension Ladder, magnet, and a few other items. There is more but characters in this box is low. but sales rep kept saying they'll be back out to fix everything for 3 months. Then he quit. Tried to contact them for several months. No return calls. Would like insurance information for company to file a claim. After 3.5 years, they are demanding payment for job completed. They are using an attorney to make threats but have not filed anything.

    This company installed windows in my home 2 yrs ago and I was very happy with them. I called them to replace 2 more windows. They came to measure and told me it would be 6-8 weeks. It's been four months. I've attempted to call without success. They have been paid.

    I spoke with ******* on March 13th and let her know that we had a large amount of orders come in and we were working to get them installed as quickly as possible. I let her know that she was on our short list to be installed late March or early April. She responded that it was completely fine and said that if there are other customers that are more emergent, to go ahead with those first. I assured her that we wanted to get her taken care of as quickly as possible and she said that she appreciated that.

    So I bought a window on 11/4/2021 and my windw has leaked ever since it was installed and they come back only once. They have a warranty but say it's the distributor's fault and so I woiluld have to buy a new window again.

    This complaint is accurate. It states exactly why we cannot assist him here. We installed it correctly, but it is leaking due to product failure. We have tried coordinating repair for him with the manufacturer. We have shared his warranty with him and we have shared their contact info with him. We've done everything we can to help out, but unfortunately the manufacturer is making the process difficult for him. This complaint has nothing to do with us.

    Window in master bedroom was installed improperly on day 1, a new look received notice of this that same day. They have unsuccessfully tried to resolve this issue 3 times but they only seem to care when we call them to complain. The latest time we were told, after we left a bad review on ******* that the window was in and that they'd be installing it within the week. On the day of installation we were told that the manufacturer lost the window so no installation. They do good work and we like our windows that they did install correctly. We just want to use the window we paid for in our master bedroom. Hopefully BBB can push them a bit to resolve this.

    The manufacturer did lose the window. We were on the way to his house to install it. And it was not in the warehouse. We are replacing this window under warranty at no charge to the homeowner. And we are being blamed for things that are outside of our control like manufacturing times and supplier errors.
