1 starI sent an email asking for a quote and got no response. I called, got an answering machine during business hours and asked them to please review my email, no response. I called again during business hours, got the answering machine, asked if they were still in business and left my phone number. Got no response. Stay away from this place, they may do good work sometimes ,but if you have an issue with the work they did they will say they gotta charge you more to come fix, i have an issue with a recently installed patio door but they said in order to come back i would be charged, oh did i mention i also had to wait almost 6 months for my door installation, even though my door was sitting in their warehouse for who knows how long, it seemed the lady didn’t have a clue, the salesman Alan who i thought was a reputable person turned out to be just like them, so just fair warning, would not give them your hard earned money, terrible customer service, heck, they wont even call, they text, never dealt with a company who texted instead of calling.A New Look Exteriors

Hi Tim, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately what you were asking from us was outside of the contracted work. We were happy to come and do additional work for you but asked that you cover driving fees. Additionally, supply chain is very backed up right now. We just got an eta back for a window that is 8 months out on production from when the customer originally signed. Although, we wish your project wouldn't have had to take that long, there is not anything we can do about supply/production. We did not have your door in our warehouse for longer than a week. Finally, we did call you multiple times, but you never picked up so we assumed texting was your preferred method of communication.
