1 starOne of their sales persons came to our back door, ignored our no trespassing signs and no soliciting signs. Ignored me when I asked if they were selling something. I told them 5 times that I was not interested in purchasing their services, and they just kept reiterating that my neighbors had already purchased it.Sales person is pushy, disrespectful of local ordinances and law, and disrespectful of you.Review fromZari M

1 starThis company is unethical and deceives customers. I hired this company for my pest control services even though a lot of times they were very patient and professional about working with the payments at the same time. I did make them aware that I would be moving in months prior and they kept insisting on wanting to make me renew the contract. They came to my house only two times once the first time I started the contract and another time they wanted to restart it thats only two times over an eight months. Period. . And I actually paid both of the times. The second time the guy came he did not go down the basement to take care of my pest control. He did not check for the mouse drop and when I requested for him to put pest for roaches, he said that was extra which I was deceived by the first time I did this. This company charges you more money than service they give you they are dishonest and they harass you for payment every day of your life for something they do not give you and when I told them I wanted to cancel and pay the $200 fee that they made me aware of that I could do. They reach out to me telling me that I need to give them document proof of my new address who do they think they are? This is not a house mortgage and theyre not the ********************** so please know if you do business with this company they will do whatever it takes to make sure they force you to keep your Contract.Review fromNicole N

1 starThe same employee has come to my door, with a clearly posted no solicitation sign, at least 3 days in a row. Each time we have informed them of the sign, and asked them to leave. They continue to try to push questions after being asked to leave the property. The way they are speaking and continuing to show up after being asked to leave is harassment. If this continues to happen, I will have them reported to police for trespass. The employee also claims this is a family owned business when it is clearly not. I do have a picture of their Idaho license plates, when this whole ordeal is taking place in southern *******. If you want to leave a card or flyer for those of us with no solicitation signs are up, then by all means. But continuing to harness people who have already asked you to leave is a big red flag.Review fromDennis W

We had Aimvo do our yard and house in ********, **.. Didn't notice any difference. Paid them and told them maybe we'd have them back in July. Come to find out they set us up for automatic payments without telling us. June 4th there was a $55 charge on my wife's card. Tried calling them but got no answer. Contesting the charge with her card company. Had to order a new card for her.

1 starAimvo Pest Control is shady. Stay away. Ignore the BBB A+ rating because it has to be a pay-to-play rating and not based on actual reviiews or intergity. Don't fall for the salesman at your door saying they have a truck in your neighborhood and if you let them, they'll show you how great their service is... and the great news is this treatment will only cost about $60 dollars. Great, right? No. I signed on his tablet device thinking I was confirming the "discounted-trial-to-see-how-you-like-us". I pay with my debit card, again thinking its for one visit only. He gives me no reciept thanks me and leaves. About 15 minutes later I get an email saying thank you for signing up for a ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITH A $200 DOLLAR CANCELATION FEE?! I call their customer service number and tell the lady the situation and that I need to cancel. She queues up their canned response: I'm sorry we can't cancel the contract once the first spray happens. Uhh, I just said your salesman just left my porch about 30 minutes ago. So stuck on their pat scam patter that they gave themselves away. Next... Well, she says, I can't cancel it. I'll need to talk to the salesman so he can approve the cancellation. WHY? Oh, cause i don't have authority. WTF? Then she pretends to try... oh, she says, I can't reach him I'll call you back. Haven't heard from them since. My bet is they plan to show up at my property, spray, and then refuse to cancel because... "we already spreayed, so now you can't cancel the 1-year contract we tricked you into signing under false pretenses without paying a $200 cancelation fee. Haha got you!" I had a very bad experience with this company at first I thought they were a good company but after months of treatments and paying them to get rid of German cockroachs and wasps they never got rid of them. I'm wanting my money back from this company and they still are harassing me for payments. There products do not work against wasps or German cockroachs they just keep charging you for false services they do. They come once a month for like 15 minutes and leave it's like they just spray water and some white boric acid powder that doesn't work. I would like a refund for the months that I paid them and all the time I wasted messing with this company. What actions can I take now to get a refund for bad products services that don't work? They don't even deserve one star from me. My name is ********************* you have my number if you would like to resolve this issue and make it right with me. I would had not even given them that I was harass by one of thier sale representatives I get off work doing thing in my home and there is a knock on the door i didn't get to the door I figured they would leave nope I get harder knocks on my door I go to the window and I say not interested he says me neither and continue to bang on door I said again I not interested he say I here to talk to name and I said no so I was leaving about thirty minutes later he was down the block rode his little scooter back up to my house on to the driveway I was mad already for being disrespect in my home andproperty I was nice saying I was not interested he comes on the drivewY Nd ask me why I feel like that I was like in my head u didn't leaVe after i told u I was not interested u made a joke and kept banging on my door then when I get in car u felt the need to harass me again I ask him to leave Nd get off my property he kept talking about I doing the most I said get off my property or I will.call the police to put u in jail for trespassing he said u doing to much I said u doing tou h I told u i was not interested so all the way off my property talking slick I said I already call your job he said he don't care I spoke to lady name ****** and she was going to talk to the supervisor the funny part he was trying to sell me something all this because I did not want his services my whole evening is off because I said I was not interested I would never promote this company I never use this company if this is how thier employees represent the aimvo business and the point of it all is I have no connection with this company it was to sell me something I would never buy or recommend this company the employers that are on the Frontline shows what kind of company it built onAimvo Pest Control LLC

The worst irresponsible Pest Control EVER! We were scheduled twice in a row and they emailed to cancel due to some circumstances beyond their controls they emailed!We were scheduled again today for 4-7 pm by one of their supervisor after reporting our bad experiences. The technician was no show no call and lied to their company that he was here, knocked and no one answered! Unfortunately for this technician, my husband and I were both home all day and we have 4 video cameras that covered our entire building all the way to the street and no one showed from this company Do not waste your time or money on this irresponsible company, theyre not worth it!Aimvo Pest Control LLC

I am so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately all companies get reschedules but for the tech to say he showed when he didn't that is not acceptable. I will look into this and see what options we have for you. So sorry for your experience.
