Salesperson knocked on door. I stepped out on my porch and instantly got sick, feeling like I was going to pass out then vomited. The entire time she stood there watching. She didnt ask if she could contact anyone. When I gained my composure the salesperson went straight to her sales pitch. I agreed to a year contract so shed leave. They came out quarterly to spray, mainly outside. I needed treatment for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. She told me AimVo could accommodate. Each quarterly visit was over $200. After each visit I had to call back for re-treatment. When I asked why I still have mosquitoes, the customer service representative told me that would be an extra charge of $90. They were supposed to treat mosquitoes per initial contract. I completed my contract but because I did not want to re-sign they offered to send someone out to re-treat. That was two weeks ago. Red ants are crawling on my patio, Ticks have fallen on me from two different trees and we still have fleas. Im so disappointed. The employees of this hometown company violated my trust numerous times. I prefer to use local businesses when needed but Ill not use AimVo again.

I received an invoice for a service I never ordered with forged initials. A contract was initialed by someone who was not me, and I was sent a fake contract and a fake invoice! This is NOT okay! Any contract in my name needs to be cancelled immediately! 7/13/23. This is UNCACCEPTABLE. Cancel any fake contract in my name immediately please and send me documentation that this has been done.Aimvo Pest Control LLC

BEWARE. I was quoted $399 for a termite treatment which was $500 off because I was already a customer. Well here is how they got the discounted offer back. I was told that after the initial treatment, there would be a monthly service charge of $39.00.I received an invoice for $39 and called to ask why I was billed, and no one came out to provide a service.The answer was they don't come out to provide service since the initial treatment would continue to work and I would be billed for 12 months while it is working.So, my deal of $399 and thinking I would receive a monthly treatment costing $39.00 was actually AIMVO taking back the discount on a monthly basis and the cost of service was actually $399+($39*12)= $867.00 Why not tell me the cost of the service is$867.00 if you have no reason to return to do anything else?Aimvo Pest Control LLC

I am sorry for the confusion. On Termite treatments a pest control company comes out and installs a termite system then most companies charge a very large yearly fee so you can keep the termite system on your property. Once the system is installed there's no need for a monthly treatment because the system is in. We have chose rather then a large sum yearly to break it down into smaller $39/monthly payments so you don't have to come up with hundreds of dollars yearly to keep your termite prevention system. I'm sorry if that is not how you understood it. I did have his manager listen to the call to verify that he explained everything correctly.Review fromCameron C

Door to door salesman in a no-soliciting neighborhood refused to leave our porch after being denied their services by my wife twice. The salesman insisted that it be myself to tell him for a third time that we were not interested in their service. Explicit disrespect for our time and the posted request to not solicit in this area.Aimvo Pest Control LLC

New name, same terrible service. We have had more issues with ants since we started using Aimvo than we ever did before using them. Quarterly treatments, weren't enough, we started doing monthly treatments, and then those weren't cutting it either. I contacted another pest control company, and they came out and treated and magically, the issue of ants not only were reduced, but stopped. I just paid their silly cancellation fee and said enough. I will take my pest control somewhere else. I love that they changed their name in order to try to regain market share again, and clearly that isn't working for them either. 1 star because, it wouldn't let me leave them 0.Aimvo Pest Control LLC
