    Never heard of the business got a gift card from another company dental and I will definitely be back the product is a pleasure to the pallet amazing cookies I have been on the planet ******************************************************************************************************* no the flavors change constantly great concept but the best part is if you hooked on a certain one they can take care of you there also first time 4/10/23 and I will be a customer forever giving gift cards for bdays, Xmas and just because everyone should enjoy these cookies no payment just got them and I'm not lying these are different favorable and reasonably priced too can't lose

    Horrible customer service. It was my birthday and I received an email that I could get a free cookie. I went to the location in *****, ** and couldn't find my email. The employees would not help me. They were huddled at a work table and ignored everyone who entered. They answered no questions and only spoke to call out a name on an order. I would have had to ****** at them to get their attention. I will take my business to another dessert shop and warn anyone who mentions getting cookies not to waste their time.

    My experience at Crumbl has always been great until I went to the ************************ location. They don't even know what the menu is. So of course they sent me home with two lemon poppyseed cookies and no filling. They are advertised with filling. They are described with filling. But the phone rep said they don't come with filling. When I referred her to the picture on Instagram, suddenly she goes, "You don't see custard in there?" Which one is it, what am I supposed to see? Then she says I can come in tomorrow to get a replacement. Well I call back because how do I know my replacement order will be honored tomorrow. Then some guy answers the phone and says I have to bring the original cookies back. Get real. It takes 15 minutes to get there and 15 minutes to get back. I get nothing for my time today? You just want to waste my time tomorrow so I can get what I spent time and money on to have TODAY? Get real. Get another customer. You lost one.

    I paid for delivery of an order and it was not delivered. The driver called me and said order was being left and it was not. Horrible customer service

    I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever! Received an electronic gift card as a Christmas gift and was never able to use it. Its impossible to contact customer service on their app and when you finally do get through to someone its not worth the time and effort. DONT BUY ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDSThey are nearly impossible to redeem. Still trying to figure out how to get the gift refunded as I dont want any of Crumbls underbaked cookies after the beyond frustrating experience with them. Seriously the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Avoid Crumbltheir cookies arent worth it!

    I wish I could give no stars. I initially really enjoyed Crumbl Cookie. I even drive 45 minutes to my nearest Crumbl Cookie in ********** **. The last 2 times I've gone was a horrible experience, especially for the amount of money spent. The customer service is horrible. This last visit 1-23-23 was the worst. I sent my husband in to grab the cookies and they showed him and he agreed they looked fine. He brought them out to the car and I looked at them and there were tons of tiny black fuzz/hairs on the cookies, almost like dust. He obviously didn't notice it when they showed him. I sent him back in to show them all within 3 minutes of the time he picked them up. Because why would I pay so much money for dust covered cookies? One of the females working there (assuming a manager) said they were unable to exchange the UNTOUCHED cookies. The other female who had initially given him the cookies said "in his defense when I asked him if they looked OK, he said I guess. " So they did end up exchanging the dust covered cookies. My concern is WHY would an establishment not want to make things right when customers are spending so much money? I'll no longer be purchasing my weekly cookies. Shame on Crumbl.

    They didn't deliver my cookies, I ordered through their app, and they wanted me to figure it out with door dash. I did not order through door dash, they did. Long story short, they were very rude, got hung on and have not heard back from anyone yet. Horrible horrible experience. Would not recommend the Centerville location!
