    Crumbl *******, they hire high school kids and then do not support their school activities. They keep scheduling the kids when they have been told they have required school functions and then tell them it is their responsibility to cover the shift, and when they are not able to cover the shift they give them a strike. Not a healthy environment for kids.

    Watch out, many locations charge a "service fee" that appears to be intentionally hidden in the tax line of the digital receipt (you have click a faded out question mark next to the tax line to see the charges). When I contacted corporate regarding this fee, they said it was a credit card charge, but it appears that customers are charged this extra fee regardless of mode of payment. I was a loyal customer until I discovered these fees.

    I havent even tasted the cookies because they were 2 hours late! I was supposed to bring them to an event! That didnt happen. I wasnt even home when they were delivered and the icing was all melted! What a disappointment

    I ordered 4 cookies online last night. They were sold out of the strawberry ice cream one which was posted on the website. So I ordered 4 other ones that were available. I went to go pick up my order and waited 15 minutes before someone asked if I had been helped. (There were only 2 other customers at this time) when they finally started to put together my order they said they were sold out of the Monster cookie which I was looking forward to the most and would not have placed my order if I had known they were not available. But whatever I chose to substitute the cookies and got home and half of the cookies were raw!! So disappointed:( I would like a refund or a voucher for free cookies.

    The cookies are delicious but service is God awful. I pre-ordered and when I arrived an hour later there were no cookies in my name. Delivered through Door Dash was terrible each blaming the other for no delivery. When I physically go to the ***** ** site it takes close to an hour for the cookies to be done. The guy manager should not manage a lemonade stand much less a store. File a complaint with the company and you wind up calling the store you had an issue with. The *** seems very irresponsible. I predict the company will last 5 years at the most with this blatant bad attitude towards their clientele.

    Everything is very unorganized. The manager and the owner don't communicate , the owner name is ****, she is very unprofessional. People don't like truth and she was one of them people. The manager telling me how many people that they had to fire which I don't give a d**n and that's not my problem. When you working for a business that very unorganized, don't work for them. Hair was found in the cookies multiple times and the owner doesn't like wearing a hair net so that's mean everyone else is not wearing hair nets neither.

    **2nd time sent/received cookies and they were an embarrassment.** I have a picture that I would love to show anyone who cares.**When an order is placed for a delivery, ESPECIALLY as a gift. One would think and expect that some pride and quality would. be included.**What makes it even worse is that this is my SECOND complaint. My first complaint was sent to corporate with NO response. That says it all.**so I gave them another chance and it happened again. **I have spent almost $2000.00 on crumbl. ****** learned. **I guess at this point the best thing I can do is be thankful that they saved me money on future purchases. **I expect no response.

    I visited the ***************, ** location yesterday evening around 8pm. The place was very crowded. When I made it to the register, the line was to the door. When it was time to place my order, the cashier asked if I could enter my own order into the computer, flipped the screenaround and walked away. I entered my order then moved to the waiting/standing area. Everyone was receiving their orders, but then I realized that my order was SKIPPED and people who ordered after me were receiving theirs. I patiently waited and watched the line, that was to the door when I ordered, become non existentto the pointwhere the store was almost empty. I asked the employees if there was an order for *****. They scrolled through the computer and one employee mentioned they are doing the best they can, then they all proceeded to make othercustomersorders. I patiently waited for another 5 minutes. EVERYONE was receiving their orders and I was just standing there being completely ignored by the staff. It was so embarrassing. It was as if I wasn't standing there at all. I went to the counter and asked for a refund because I could no longer wait. Literally four employees stood there with their backs to me ignoring me AGAIN. Finally, one employee came to issue the refund and she stated that it will take 1-2 days for it to show back on my card. Then I left totally embarrassed and disappointed. With time wasted and no cookies- my kids were disappointed as well. I have spent a lot of money at Crumblas my daughters and I have turned it into a weekly fun time where we look forward to getting the cookies of the week. ****! That was destroyed yesterday because I have never been treated so poorly.Not one apology and no one even made an effort to reconcile the situation and make my order. I swear I was so upset and embarrassed I wanted to cry.
