    we are 2 disabled seniors- i am 81 yeaqrs old. A man named braxtin from bath fitters came to the house and talkd us into a new shower. We were told to give him $1000 down,so we did , whwen we changed our mind he decided we needed to do do within 7 days- well he was here on the 14th of may and we called him on the 21st, which is 7 days. i called the company and the girl on the phone changed it to 3 days. we went round and round so i finally gave up and contacted the bbb. do not deal with this *** theyWILL steal your money.

    They are Unreliable, and I'm very disappointed. Bath Fitter put in a tub liner and walls in our bathroom in 2019. They've had to come to my house 6 times, replaced the liner 4 times and the wall 1 time after the initial install. They just replaced the liner last month and then last week had to come replace the walls and liner again. When they left I noticed they tore up my flooring, left a gap between the faucet and shower wall where water can get behind my shower wall, the faucet moves, and the stem that my shower head screws to moves alot. I'm stressed out about what mistakes may have been made behind my walls that I can not see. The person who switched my plumbing over was not a certified *******. The green board that's suppose to be behind my shower walls was not installed in the installment in 2019. They put up green board last week. So what else did they mess up and not tell us about. These 3 very serious problems they left me with this time, and never mentioned, is unacceptable! We paid $5400. Not worth it. It has been a nightmare!!!

    They didn't cover the floor in bathroom. They tore the linoleum in two places. One piece is missing and the other one they didn't bother gluing it back down. There's scratches in the floor. The tile on the wall was broken. Instead of gluing the broken piece in, they filled it in with silicone. The ** holder had to be moved to the other side and they didn't do it. They removed the top and side molding around the door. They never fixed it right. I was left with cleaning the mess up in the bathroom, hall and outside where they cut everything. The shower floor was suppose to be non slip. My 85 year old mom said it wasn't.Ask questions before you get your bathroom redone. I'm upset with Bath Fitters poor work.
