      Honesty and integrity throughout the entire experience, coupled with high quality materials and installation is a winning combination with Point Roofing. *** ****** is extremely helpful in explaining the replacement process, available options, and information to assist with an insurance claim if needed. Great experience! Highly recommended!

      Satellite dish mount removal and roofing repair:I'm pleased with their consultant, Mac, who explained the proposed service, discussed roofing wear and shared tips of the trade. He's a very personable guy. The service was done quickly after signing the estimate and the I'm happy with the service. I'll most likely use this company for my roofing replacement when the time comes.

      We're quite happy with the great job the entire staff did putting on our new roof - for a reasonable price. The crew put in long hours to get the job done after having to wait some between rain falls.The sales staff are pros and easy to get in touch and work with on any issues that came up. They found some structural wood rot under some soffits and did an excellent job repairing those areas as well. We highly recommend Point Roofing, as they were referred to us by a friend who utilized their services. All the best

      I had a great experience with Point Roofing recently. During a free inspection by Project Manager, *********************, hail damage was discovered. ***** was so helpful to me in working with my insurance company. My insurance company sent their own inspector who found enough damage to warrant paying for a roof replacement on my house and shop.Point Rooding was a great company to work with. ***** oversaw the whole project. The work was done in the time line I was given. The roofing crew were hard workers and did a great job.I love how my new roofs look and it was a stress free experience. If you are in need of a roof replacement soon, I would like to recommend Point Roofing in Coeur d'Alene.

      Point roofing just completed our roof and the experience was excellent! From the bidding process with ***************************** being punctual, courteous and straight forward to the very hard working crew- the process was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

      I've had plenty of companies that say they will do things but don't. These guys, at Point Roofing, said that they would get our roof replaced in 2 days and they weren't kidding! They had to replace ************************************************************ one day, before the rain came. They finished the shingles the following day. I was very impressed with the workers. They worked very hard. They Left everything cleaner than when they got here. I highly recommend them. (I hope I never have to get another roof in my life, otherwise I would be happy to work with them again).

      *********** were awesome to work with. They found some found sa few trouble spots with the decking and repaired them at a fair price. The finished job looks terrificl! The cleanup was terrific! I would recommend Point Roofing and Restoration to others.

      This is a bit of a long story. We originally had Mac from Point Roofing come out to our house to give us a quote for adding gutters to the rear of the house where the original builder/roofer had not put any. There was damage to some of the fascia where it looked like water was getting in where it shouldn't be so he went up on the roof and on inspecting it discovered that the roof had not been installed correctly. The drip edge was not the right length and the barrier was underneath the drip edge (per code should be over) with shingles that were nailed to the inadequate drip edge. This allowed water to get underneath to the roof deck. So we ended up with a quote for both repair and or replacement ($12,500 or $17,000) of the roof and adding the gutters! About a week or two later while we were considering what to do we had a significant spring rain/snow event and ended up with a significant amount of water getting into the front of the house causing extensive damage. The insurance company is fixing the interior damage but they sent out their own inspector to look at the exterior including the roof and confirmed the incorrect installation. At my wife's urging, although the house is 7 years old, I called the builder and the original roofer who came out and to my utter surprise took responsibility and did a full repair. We did have Point ultimately do the gutters. Hopefully original roofer did correctly this time. *** was incredibly good to work with and I would use or recommend them in the future. There were no charges for his time or the inspections.
