      Dealing with Point Roofing was a great experience. The way this company is run is first class. Forthright, punctual, organized, helpful, honest, caring, ethics, respectful, meticulous, etc.! *******************, our representative, is simply the best. He was available for any questions, or help we needed. His presentation to completion of the roof installation was flawless. The quality of materials was excellent, the options available were limitless, and the results are wonderful. Choosing Point Roofing was a great decision.

      The company started when they said they would and finished the tear off and reroofing in 4 days. The workers did a very good job on the roof and every night went around the house to pick up all the debris and nails.

      Best company to work on your roof Mac walked us through everything and when unexpected repairs came up he quickly let us know and got it handled. Love our new roof and how clean they left my yard.

      Very dishonest company, When you refuse to use them for repairs due to excessive billing they turn complimentary initial visit into a $500 fee. Not ok. And if your gonna lie to customers make sure your not on ********************** system.

      I will be reaching out to you a little later this morning. It looks like there was an emergency repair done on the weekend to slow water pouring into your home, and from what I can see ******* let you know we usually charge for those, but if you do sign for a repair it would be free. Either way, I would like to discuss this with you and find out what you were told. We certainly have never charged for an initial appointment, but if he was not clear about the emergency repair to help stop the water pouring in to your house then I would like to hear about it and will gladly waive this repair charge.

      I just wanted to thank you again for your feedback. I apologize about the inconvenience that this has caused you and we have taken steps to correct the internal policies that led to this misunderstanding. We do not charge for initial appointments and if there was worked that you were to billed for, you should have had a work order or contract signed at the time of the service. I just wanted to re-iterate that we did waive the bill, as it should never have been sent to you. I hope that this is resolved for you and you will reach out directly if anything else is needed to rectify the situation.

      We can't say enough good things about Point Roofing. ***** was very helpful by providing information to the insurance company and was very patient throughout the entire process. The roofing team was polite, efficient and left my yard/outside in better shape than they found it. Our roof looks great! We would recommend Point Roofing above anyone else in the valley.
