      My 86-year old father who served this country in the military for 25 years was denied compression socks at your Salem store because they dont take ********. How are you allowed to deny our most vulnerable citizens? Shame on you. You have no problem making a huge profit off of everyones insurances but when ******** will give you how much something is legitimately worth and you cant make a profit, you have no problem denying a dying a man. Your pretty website paints you as a company that helps people. I guess its only rich people, right??? You should be ashamed. I will see if there is an avenue to submit a formal complaint about this shady practices you employ.

      I had the displeasure of working with Norco for a CPAP machine.They did not accurately explain the payment structure that involves an initial bill of $900 up front and an ongoing monthly fee of $122 per month for 12 months or about $2300 billed to your insurance. Even with my insurance covering the majority of this I was worse off than if I bought a machine from any of a number of suppliers you can find via a ****** search.In summary they have opaque billing practices Are charging 3-4x the retail price for a CPAP machine Difficult to contact Unable to offer any discretion to resolve customer disputes.

      Failed to return calls and follow up with request for service. Unable to contact local office on multiple occasions though I left messages. I had to contact billing at a different location to get a response. A week after hospital discharge with orders for home oxygen and still now follow up on status of requests. I did receive home oxygen concentrator and supplemental oxygen tanks on hospital discharge eve. Perhaps I should have gone with a different service provider.

      it took 2 1/2 months to get my mom bi-pap machine which she was supposed to have delivered to my house before she left rehab.. that didnt happen, moms co2 levels were critical and was in icu then to rehab for 2 weeks discharged and i was caring for her at my house.. it was a night mare trying to get these guys to do their job, i probably made ***** call to this office they would only say need more info but never be specific was told care co-ordinator would call me back never happened.. turns out they were requesting the information they claim they needed from the wrong place..they had orders *** 1st . mom didnt get her machine until march 15th only after bcbs stepped in and called vise president of company! mean while moms co2 levels kept climbing up she was hospitalized 2 more times the second time they put her on hospice the next day she Died of co2 poisioning, they were never able to get her co2 down. not one person showed any compassion in getting this issue resolved, they are very unprofessional and forget they are supposed to be suppling much needed equipment to people that are truly suffering, breathing is kinda of important! they showed no sense of urgency what so ever! this company if it is to stay in business needs a complete over haul, massive training and they need to clean house big time i would never recommend this company to any one ever

      **************** is lousy. They care more about the dollar than customer service. We have been into the location on 3 separate occasions to only get the run around and nothing solved. No one there seemed to care that we were upset about their customer service and not getting any help. All we received was more questions and call this number or talk to this person. But no one ever cared enough to answer our questions or concerns.

      I called Norco medical supplies at the ********* location I got an order for a hospital bed electric in Norco lied they said my insurance denied my claim but when I called ******** and ******** does not have the claim Norco medical supplies never billed my insurance theyre a bunch of liars. They never billed ******** and ******** does not have the claim

      What a SCAM! My husband needed a ****** and a cane for post knee replacement surgery. I found both items on Amazon very reasonably priced. His ortho doc put an order with Norco (********, **) for the medical equipment. I called Norco and was advised they are getting it approved thru our insurance. I told them I would buy on Amazon unless our insurance covered it in full. I got a call it was approved by insurance and was ready for pickup. I asked again if there was any out of pocket expense to me and was told the insurance approved it. Now, a month later I get a bill for the deductible. Our out of pocket cost is $40 MORE than the full purchase price on Amazon for an identical ****** and similar cane. What an absolute SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER do business with Norco again!!!!

      After reviewing this account if appears that the proper paperwork was signed by the customer and filed with the insurance. Deductibles and other copays may be applicable when billing insurance.

      I have missed my orders four times sense they changed from Samaritan health.? I need my Oxygen, is there a better company that fallows through? If you call you get put on hold and they don't return my calls. I didn't even get my order this week? So I'm just to go without? Really? Bad business. *****************

      The worst business practices I have ever seen in my 60 plus years. Had a prescription for my husband to have a wheel chair for the rest of his life, his leg doesn't work but everything else is still fine. I made it very clear to Norco that I wasn't taking the chair till both of his insurances had paid in full for it. They called me and said it was ready I asked if insurance covered it. They said , not yet, I said again I'm not taking it till it is paid for. They gave me a call a few days later and told me that, yes it's all taken care of. So I went to pick it up. There was no mention of a rental. That is not what I wanted from the beginning. Now it's about a year and a half later and I get a bill? For rental. ***** per month for all this time. I will take the chair back. I can not afford that monthly, so now my husband is laying in bed and unable to get around at all.
