    I am scheduled for knee replacement surgery on October 16. Dr. ***** *****, the surgeon, gave me information about a Romtech At-Home Rehab System that he is prescribing for post-surgery treatment. "After checking for coverage from your insurance, if approved, you will receive a phone call from National Medical Solutions (NMS)approximately 1 week before your surgery to schedule delivery and receive instruction on its use."***************** approved this apparatus three weeks ago. It was cleared for delivery by *******, the manufacturer, on 10/7. *************). A week ago, on October 9, I contacted NMS *************) to schedule delivery of the equipment. Since then, I have called at least six times and my husband visited the office on ************** (less than 3 miles from our home). This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Promised phone calls have not been returned; "you are not entered into the system", "hiccups" in the system or "being so busy" have been blamed for lack of service. I finally contacted ******* , the manufacturer. ******* tried to phone to follow-up with the ************ No answer on the phone call. ******* then sent two emails; again, no *********** husband went to the *** office this afternoon. He was there for 20 minutes and received no answer about the delivery. Finally, the Romtech *** showed up at the office but wouldn't answer any questions. And he got nasty and told my husband to "get out of my face."My surgery is tomorrow. I have dealing with this company to get my recommended medical apparatus for a week. I have wasted all day today dealing with this company. My frustration is through the roof.The company should not be in business, particularly medical equipment customer service.
