    Took a friend to get fitted for a knee brace. Was so impressed with experience, ******************* from Kaulin. Friend was very reluctant to try brace but he talked her through it, let her walk 3-4 times throughout office; there was no rush or pressure, just good honest caring 5-STAR service. This office truly demonstrated knowledge about products (had needed brace in stock). Friend walked out wearing it with a smile and a lot of hope its going to help. If you want real customer service and care, this is the best Ive seen in a long time!!! *** Thank you Kaulin ***
