    Very deceptive business practices, a contract was signed without my knowledge and Norco billed my insurance for over a year for equipment that I could have bought for a fraction of the cost. They ignored several requests to pick up their equipment, and are now taking me to collections after agreeing to and receiving a settlement amount.

    I had an issue with an employee at Norco Medical in *********, ** on ********************* in Jan 2024.I was eventually contacted by the District Manager in the area about receiving an apology from the store manager about his treatment toward me and the lies that I was told. I also spoke with a woman in HR by the name of ****** whom works in the *********** ****** in ***** **.However, I was blown off by both of them and the issue was swept under the rug. I have to say that ** really surprised that I was never contacted by HR, because ****** sounded so sincere over the phone, and we had an extensive conversation about the manager and his behavior toward me. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.
