Multiple questionable charges, including extremely high prices for services rendered. Both practices of Integrity Health have multiple reviews of questionable and fraudulent billing practices. Management and ownership seem determined to take advantage of clients. This is a very shady operation!

Most of the time, we see that most people do not understand that their insurance company sets the rate for the codes that we are allowed to bill. If the code is not allowable, then they will deny that charge.
We work very hard to ensure that our providers use integrity in coding and only code for services rendered. We can bill any amount but the insurance company decides how much that code is worth. Patients have a contract with insurance that says that they will pay copays and deductibles.
We also have a contract stating that we will collect copays and deductibles and not collecting what your insurance says is our portion violates our contract. If people are cash pay then we have much more latitude but, if you have insurance we must follow our contract with your insurance company.
We also greatly recommend reaching out to the administration for any question or specific concerns.
