    In December right before Christmas. They came to reposses my vehicle and they were very aggressive and threatened to get us arrested for not hiving up the property. I am under the understanding that they can get the authority involved just to make sure things get done according to the law, bur not threaten to get someone arrested. I feel it is a tactic to scare people into giving up their belongings even though there was a agreement being done with the financial institution.

    This is a False Statement,

    They are NOT our Customer. They are the Customer of the Bank.

    The Lawyer from the Bank is the perosn who talked to them. 

    They filed a dispute with the Bank on the BBB today as well.

    The Bank warned us they would be trying to file a complaint on us as well.

    This is a auto recovery buissness and they are charging 75 dollars to people to let them get there personal property from the repossessed car they got they are calling it a gate fee or appointment fee i believe that they are ot allowed to do this

    Fee is correct and Valid with Idaho State Towing and Repossession Laws.

    My truck was repossessed by the bank the tow truck driver broke my ignition and steering column in my truck. I asked them to pay for the broken things to make it right the driver his self told me he remembers it happening and that it was from him having to get the truck into neutral. All I eant e do as them to fix what they broke. The owner of the business then got on the phone very disrespectful calling me a liar and telling me that he wasnt going to cover any damages and if I didnt get my truck towed that none of this would have happened. It was a very disrespectful and unprofessional interaction and I will be filing with the courts today.

    This is not our Customer. This is a 3rd party debtor that was repossessed by the lien holder.

    Our customer is the lien holder. 

    We had another 3rd party company come just for him as a courtesy. Local Locksmith. They showed and explained to this person that we had nothing to do with it as well. 

    Even though this person is NOT our Customer we did try and help him. When the locksmith showed him that it couldn't be our fault he was not happy. The locksmith did give him different options on how to fix it and didn't charge him either.
