  I am trying to obtain my time sensitive personal belongings from these guys after vehicle (2023 Model Y white *****************) got repossessed. Theyre claiming they cant let me take stuff because I dont have Tesla key card then I opened the car via phone app (only key I have on me) for them to take card from inside the vehicle. Still refusing to let me obtain personal belongings. Anyone with solutions, or interested in class action lawsuit please reach out to me directly. My vehicle is located at ******************************************. Towing is refusing to answer phone calls and to give my personal belongings. Had 2 appts and they cancelled on both of them. Contacted the *********************** and made a report of the situation and they advised me that it is a civil matter. Anyone with any idea on how to proceed please contact me directly.

  I went to get my vehicle from these folks today. First, whats up with your office. Super disorganized, unclean Im shocked. When I got in my truck all my things had been taken out of their storage area and looked through. The items I had in the seat pouches were taken out. I mean just why? Why do that? Is this how Intermountain Recovery keeps our vehicles safely locked? We keep it locked alright oh yea but behind our gated area we will look through your things No biggie. Just lookin for some spare change! Skeeetchy. But I guess if your job was to make me feel worse about my situation, you did a good job there. A+ for effort. Thanks guys.

  Sorry to hear about your unfortunate circumstance.   Unfortunately it is a busy time for these repossessions like yours. 

  All cars are gone through and inventory is done along with photos at that time. Hard to take photos of stuff in your seat pockets.   

  Most people come for their belongings so they are bagged within hours after recovery so they can come claim them.

  You were not the only person with an appointment coming in that day. Which was the other bags of property in the office with their names on them. 

  Unfortunately because of your choices in your financial life that impacts you alone, You felt the need to leave us a negative review about having your car repossessed.

  I hope you have a better experience next time.

  If this man toes your vehicle he will prohibit you from receiving your possession which is illegal. We are filing to get this business shut down. I am filing for seizure of possession of property with out a warrant. By law you are not able to to keep my property that is in my car. Next I am getting an injunction that will get you not to be able to tow another vehicle.

  Unfortunately when you try to scam a bank with your "EX BF" to get a car and the bank catches you, The car gets repossessed!!Unfortunately it's in your EX's name. You and your EX knows he is the one that needs to come get the stuff. We have explained this very clearly to you and if you feel differently you can contact the Lien Holder again. Since you are not on title we will not be talking to you again. You may have your "EX BF" where the car was repossessed from call us and he can revover the stuff in the car. ***** do not contact us again unless it's your "EX BF"Thanks and have a great day.

  Actually, I have my registration in hand and all of my paperwork witch you have neglected too even look at because you refuse too let me even come down too speak with you about my property. You are speculating whatever you want because youve made it very clear that you do not like the other party that youve presented. I need too add, also, the other partys name isnt on the title either so Its very unclear too me as too why you are withholding my property from me.
