I first emailed Mitolyn about being dissatisfied on March 31, 2025 with no weight loss. However, I agreed to continue taking Mitolyn as recommended to ensure Mitolyn had sufficient time to do as advertised for weight loss. At the end of the advertised 90 day guarantee, I am told I am no longer eligible for a refund. There should be a whistle blower on ANY and all products sold by ****** *******. I will reach out to social media with a buyer beware about any products sold by Mitolyn also under the recommendations of RFK, that these money grabbing producers sold. (Also, it lowers opinions of RFK) Yes, I was taken in by false advertising from a person who gets rich of innocent people trying to get healthy. This product was nothing more than an expensive probiotic. Its sad that greedy people thrive off others. I would love to write a review warning others. BUYER BEWARE!Initial Complaint

I ordered six bottles of their product on 5 January 2025, but did not receive it until the 30th of January. I understood that there was a 90 day money back guarantee if you were not completely satisfied.. I went through one bottle and started my second bottle and realized this wasnt working for me so I returned the six bottles by *** on the 2nd of April . they did not receive it until the 11th of April. Because I was under the impression that I had ***************************************************** not. I returned it assuming that I was going to get my refund because to me I had returned the product within the 90 days.. well they said NO. They said I missed the cut off date to get a refund because it shouldve been sent back to them by 6th of April. But I didnt get my product until the 30th. I got my product 25 days after I ordered it. I even emailed them and told them on ************************************************************* be patient. Its on its way . I was patient. It arrived 25 days later. they said it doesnt matter when I got the product they were counting the days from the 5th of January. The day I ordered it. Well how was that ample time for someone to know whether a product works or not, its not! So I said fine then send me back the six bottles that I had paid for initially. I even sent it back to them on my dime. well if theyre telling me that I cant have my refund then I want those bottles that I paid for back! I asked them why they wouldnt return it. Are they going to resell it? They cant do that because what if it was tampered with. I didnt tamper with it. I was just making a point. I believe Im entitled to either the whole refund or the six bottles I paid for. Im not asking for any more than I paid for. Those bottles are mine because they are refusing to grant me my refund. On 3-16-25 placed order and funds $133.54 were deducted from my BofA account on *******. On 3-19-25 order was supposedly shipped, I sent an email to customer service requesting a tracking number. On 3-28-25 the package was in customs in ******, *****. After figuring out what the additional taxes and customs for the 1 small plastic bottle would be, which was never conveyed by the seller, was too exorbitant for the cost of the product. I received a notice from the customs postal in ****** on 4-1-25 that the product was in the process of being shipped back to the seller, and then on 4-25-25 it was officially shipped. I have contacted by email the seller multiple times to refund my money, but met with auto responses only and no human response nor refund.Initial Complaint

Purchase 6 bottles of vitamins from this company. After waiting two months like they suggested and the vitamins not working, I returned three of the bottles. I sent them priority shipping so someone would have to sign for them. They were clearly in the mail on their way back before the 90 day return expiration period. I even sent the tracking # to Mitolyn to show them as well. They did not refund me for the bottles and said that because they arrived two days after the cut off date they werent going to refund me. Then, they even went as far as to say that they werent going to send my product back to me either! So they kept my product and my money!!! I have tried escalating to management and cannot get anywhere. And I just keep getting the same run around every time I email them. This company is not trustworthy and personally I believe is a scam! Why wont they at the very least send my unused product back to me? It was worth $117 and Im sure they are now going to resell to someone else and make more money off of my unused product! March 27th was the date of purchase.. $79.00 (shipping & taxes) I have asked for the product to be delivered or a refund. Five different people have written to tell me it is "being processed." I have a very large Word doc with all of the back-and-forth comments but no results. They are now not responding to me at all. It is not a huge amount of money but it is not money I want to just throw away. In addition, I actually did want the product. I have never filed a complaint before but if you read the entire Word doc you may see how the level of frustration has brought me to this point. Summary .. the original order was shipped. It was returned to the company because they addressed the package incorrectly. My thought was/is .. just put a new label on it and re-ship it. But that did not happen. I was told that a replacement was being sent and I asked for a tracking number. I did not receive that .. or the 2nd shipment. I asked again. (and again) Because they are no longer responding to me, I could not think of another avenue for resolving this. I thank you for any help you may offer. We purchased a health supplement product that advertised a "100% money back guarantee" "every single ***** of your investment" "no questions asked" and we were not refunded 100% of our money. We paid $246.87 and they have refunded us $195. We are being told that our refund was pro-rated but they were not upfront about this being a pro-rated refund at time of purchase. If you go "digging" into their website you can find some of this information but as a new customer their advertising of their refund policy is deceptive. They provided no additional information on the refund policy with check out or in the package when it arrived. I learned of the refund details when I initiated the refund return and then it was too late. I am also being told that my refund is being pro-rated because I did not return one empty bottle (I returned 5 of 6) and another customer service *** is telling me that is being pro-rated because of shipping/handling/taxes. The needing to save even empty bottles was not made clear in the money back guarantee statement (you could only find that if you went digging into the *** portion of their website or when to initiate a refund request) and I found no documentation stating that I would not be refunded the full cost. And per my receipt and per their "package deal" I paid no shipping- it was "free in the **". I did however, have to pay to ship the product back to them at my expense. They provided no pre-paid return label. I could be asking for a refund on that as well. I have a long email chain with the customer service department at ********************** and every single response has been from a different person, so I feel like I have to keep re-starting my argument each time. The last email they have stated that they are done discussing this with me. They have refunded me based on their policy. I told them I would seek help from BBB and they chose to end the conversation anyway. So I am seeking your assistance to bring this to a fair resolution.Initial Complaint

I ordered a vitamin supplement from Mitolyn on March 1, 2025 for $167.70 and some how they billed me for $178.44 plus the $167.70. I contacted them by email and stated I did not want two orders and was told because it was in process for delivery I could not cancel the order until I received the product and send it back. After receiving the product I immediately sent the entire order back for a full refund of $346.14. They stated in the email it would take 10 business days. It has now been almost a month with no refund and they have a 90 day refund guarantee which I did not have the product for 3 days before I sent it back. I would like a complete refund of my money since I never used the product.
