  DO NOT PURCHASE MITOLYN! This "weight loss" supplement is seen extensively on social media ads and is a scam in my opinion. If you look at the website, "**************", you will see multiple negative reviews, mostly because the supplement does not work, and/or because they do not refund your money. I also believe that ********* is in on this scam because they take your payment and do not return it if the Mitolyn company says no refund. A common denominator in the complaints is that even if you return the bottles way ahead of the expiration date, they will still claim that they arrived too late for a refund. I tried Mitolyn for 80 days, and I actually gained a little weight because they tell you that you can eat whatever you want and the pounds will still keep falling off. A lie. So, I mailed my empty and full bottles 10 days before the trial expiration date. The post office said they would arrive on a date 3 days before that date. Well, they arrived 2 days after the date! Imagine that! This seems to be a frequent issue and it makes me wonder if they somehow manipulate the delivery system or the ***** because many people state they mailed the bottles with plenty of time, and yet they arrive late, or they are told they never received them, even if tracking shows they were delivered. I smell SCAM! And yes there is tracking, but very often it shows a late arrival, and therefore no refund. What stinks is that their ads say you can try the capsules "for 90 days", and if unhappy, return them. Well, if you try them for 90 days they will certainly arrive late and therefore no refund. So, the Mitolyn product does absolutely NOTHING, no weight loss, it is expensive, you don't get "90 days" to try it, and they will NOT refund your money, at least most of the time based on complaints that I've seen. BE WARNED: DO NOT BUY MITOLYN! You will get burned. And don't use *********.

  Product Purchased: Mitolyn Weight Loss Pills (6 bottle supply)Purchase Date: January 10, 2025 Delivery Date: January 18, 2025 Date of Return Shipment: April 11, 2025 Date Received by Vendor: April 15, 2025 Complaint:I purchased a six bottle supply of Mitolyn weight loss pills on January 10, 2025, under a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. The product did not arrive until January 18, 2025. Between delivery and my return shipment, I sent multiple emails to customer service reporting that I was not seeing any results. I was repeatedly advised to continue using the product to give it time. Trusting their own guarantee, I used the pills for nearly the full three months and then returned them on April 11, 2025well within 90 days of delivery. The return was received by the companys warehouse on April 15, 2025.Despite complying fully with their instructions and returning the product within 90 days of receipt, the company has denied my refund on the basis that the guarantee period began on the purchase date, not the delivery date. It is neither reasonable nor fair to start a trial before the product is in my handsand certainly not to penalize a customer who followed all instructions and timelines.

  I purchased two 3-bottle orders. I received 2 bottles. When I contacted customer support, they responded ... sorry you are not satisfied, I will tell my team. Customer support also told me that I purchased one 3-bottle order. I sent screenshots of both purchases and they ignored me. I opened cases with ****** and *********.
