  PEOPLE PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW ! ! ! -- The reason for this rating is because of their way of doing business, not because the product did not work for us.I used to work for their customer support. I hated the job, I felt for the people, but they don't understand THE CUSTOMER is at fault. ******************** need to READ terms and conditions. Look for Dollar amounts. It states in the terms and conditions that you will go on auto refill and be charged. I don't agree with their tactics. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE , IT PROBABLY IS NOT TRUE. If you have to check a box to be able to order something that is free and/or have to give credit card info, don't give it to them. It will end up costing you. They don't have to refund you money because by checking that box YOU AGREED to them charging you. It's a sad fact.My husband has fibromyalgia and has been on it for over 8 years and it works for him. If we run out of it he can tell a difference in his pain level in just a couple of days. It does not work for everyone. I hope this helps people to understand. Like I said, I don't like the way this and other companies trick people into the auto refill and taking money. The CONSUMER needs to READ what they are agreeing to.

  I paid postage for a free bottle of truewell nerve support and later they took ***** out my checking account which I didnt authorize, I want my money back since I didnt authorize this payment

  I paid shipping plus $5 shipping on a sample from truewell on nerves I called them about them charging me $99 for something I didnt order and first he offered me 30% back and I could hardly understand him and my husband couldnt either and I thought he was offering me a refund and Said he would cancel my contract But when he send me a email it stated he would only give mr 50% of my money back I texted them back and told them I dont want their 50% back I wanted all my refund returned

  I noticed unusual charges on my bank statement from a company called Truewell and the affiliated website registered with the name is a subscription-based site for those who want golf tips. After further research, I discovered Truewell sells a product that helps with nerve damage and another to help with sleep. I did not place any orders with this company nor did I subscribe to the golf website. The company's main line directs callers to press 1 for customer service or 2 for billing. I found that there is only one individual that serves as the entire customer service and billing department no matter what day of the week you call. Travis is his name and he sounded half asleep every time I spoke with him. Of course, he couldn't find my account because I never ordered anything, my credit card information was charged but he never tried to search using card information.

  Too bad can't give a zero. Can't believe they have a A- rating with the BBB. Got told on the phone and by email the I am cancelled and will get a full refund. Had to threaten with a law suit before they agreed to it. Dispute it with your CC company, they probably won't respond to them. Bad company to do business with. Don't disclose that you will be enrolled in a auto ship program

  Truewell nerve support does not work its a scam, after the free trial for $4.99 they charged my debit card $97.97 but I didnt order any additional items nor have I received any additional product they said they would refund 30% of my money NO I want a full refund the agent hung up on me. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

  I purchased Truewell Nerve Support, and after a few days of receiving it found that it didn't relief my symptoms. After checking my account, I found that I was charged $99.97, after which I called customer service. The gentleman offered many discounts, but refused to refund my money. Please be weary of these types of trials, as they offered false claims.

  I feel I got scamed! So signed up for truwell nerve support **** s/h. I noticed my cc was charged ***** after 30 days, but did not get any other supply since! I called customer service and they were not accommidating at all. Not sure is this person was in *******?I was not assured a refund!

  Scammers. They offer 2 bottle free trial if you pay for shipping ****. Then you start noticing the debit of ***** off my account. I tried calling and no answer. Just music. Then I looked up my receipt, then notice after they get you to pay shipping, they also enroll you in a membership and deduct ***** monthly. I did not agree to this!!!!
