    Not good customer service. I called to cancel an order the customer service rep was very rude. They keep wanting to extend the order that I wanted to cancel within the 30 days. Please help.GregW

    Did nothing to help and they automatically withdraw from my account each month without even giving them permission to! No refund no supervisor to talk to. This feels like a scam

    I bought a bottle and it worked really well so I bought three more I used one of the three then opened the second one to find it either was tampered with or somehow had gotten wet in manufacturing there was grit all over the tablets. I called the company and explained to them. They said if it was unopened and within thirty days they would refund it. My question to them was How could I know within thirty days because I only use one bottle a month. and I wasn't asking for a refund just an exchange because there was something wrong with the tablets. They said no. So I am out 52. dollars and they are out a repeat customer. But I think its a shame they wouldnt exchange the bottle He said we cant take anything back that is open. How would I know something was wrong with it if I didn't open it. Well i cant explain some peoples thinking but buyer beware. open all your bottles at once within thirty days or you will be stuck if the same thing happens to you
