      I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is full of liars, cheats, swindlers, and law breakers. I signed up and had a miserable first experience and when I went to cancel they charged me 3x the cost of the service. The salesman was not forthcoming with information and the techs were lazy and left my front door very dirty. Dont give these crooks your money. I specifically had a negative experience with ****, Will, ******, and Belief. As well as one other tech that is lucky enough to escape this review.

      STAY AWAY! I'M TRYING TO PROTECT YOU! DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE! The technicians are truly awesome and do a great job, which make up a majority of the positive reviews on google.TriGuard Pest Control is dishonest and their product doesn't work on everything they say it does. You have to sign a 12 month contract. However, the product doesn't work, their management is dishonest, and there are huge amounts of fees if you want to cancel.We had a wasp problem, so over a year ago we decided to sign up for their service because they said it worked on wasps. They came out several extra times, outside of the quarterly services, to do follow on treatments because we didn't see results. We saw no improvement from their product after a year, so we decided to cancel. After calling their office and talking to the technician about wanting to cancel three months previously, but apparently it was never *************, fast forward a few months and I got called because they wanted to do another treatment. Wait what? I had already asked for my service to be canceled because it wasn't working and they didn't document it. They claimed that it was within the 30 day window and wanted me to pay a fee that amounted to the cost of a treatment. They also charge $75.00 to pick up bait boxes! I live like 5 minutes away from their warehouse! The manager I talked to, ***, who was calm and collected, does not understand how dishonest this business practice is and didn't care because it's all in the contract. Wait a minute, your company not documenting it is my fault and is in the contract, cool? There was no resolution other than pay the fees and get nothing or pay for the treatment and be done with them. It's not about the money, its about the principle of the matter and protecting other people. These are not the type of businesses we want in our state and just make life harder for people. DO NOT USE THEM! Shop around for someone better.
