Anyone looking for guidance regarding their estate or their loved ones estate Travor is someone you can trust. He helped this me through my mothers Trust of her estate while she bitter cancer. I was very pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, and finalized product. Travor and staff exceeded my expectations throughout the Estate Planning process, His expertise and experience proved invaluable. During our meetings we discussed multiple subjects and how best to handle them. My understanding of the final portfolio that was presented to me can be best illustrated in the results of a family meeting that was held to review the document. Effected family members were surprised at the completeness of the detail, happy regarding the results, and now have an understanding of what will need to be done and how to proceed in doing it. They were also very grateful to Travor and staff for being able to help me through this as it happened to coincide with a deep personal loss. I would highly recommend Moses Estate Planning. He drafted my Living Trust. During the free consultation Moses was thorough and patient in answering all my questions and he provided me a detailed professional recommendation of what he thought would best fit my situation. The drafting process was smooth and efficient and I received what we agreed to without any question or waver. Travor Moses should be your go-to attorney for estate planning. He was so patient with my Aunt who grilled him with hundreds of questions during her trust formation, and postponed my living trust as I went through a divorce in the formation of it. He finished up the trust at no additional charge even after having to re-do it. He was very clear, informative, and thorough. During my 17 years as a business owner, I have utilized several local attorneys to handle various legal matters, Travor Moses is the only one so far who I feel I completely got my money's worth. My husband and I did a living trust with Moses Estate Planning, and felt we were in very good hands with Travor. He was very clear and knowledgeable about the whole process and always quick to answer questions or concerns. We live between ***** and **********, and ****** had knowledge of what we needed for both states, which felt like a bonus. He and his assistant ******* were also very patient with ** when we were not as timely and on top of things as we could have been.
