My wife and I realized it was time for us to secure our estate much like our parents had done so in the past. We were referred to Travor Moses by a mutual acquaintance and we are certainly glad we engaged his firm in our estate planning needs. ****** clearly explained the process to us of preparing a Living Trust, Will, and other associated documents. Following our review, we scheduled the signing and final documentation in his office and left with both printed originals and electronic copies of the documents. Our experience with Travor at Moses Estate Planning was amazing. He was so kind and informative and a treasure trove of information. He brought up answers to questions we hadnt even thought to ask. He was so patient with all of our concerns. We are so very pleased with our estate planning process that included three homes/properties in three different states. It was quick, informative and most importantly a load off our minds and our childrens. We have a special needs granddaughter and he knew exactly how to structure the trust to protect her. I cant say enough about how relieved we are that we found Travor! I had procrastinated on estate planning for several years because I dreaded a process that had anything to do with trusts. I knew I needed a professional...no way was I going down the do-it-yourself online route - I've got too much "stuff" for that.. I feel very fortunate that I found Travor Moses Estate Planning. ****** walked me through the entire process and helped me think through all the "what if's" that come with a complicated life with a teenager to look after. He is a professional from the word go, yet he puts you at ease right away...Travor strikes a perfect balance. His team makes sure all the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed. We knew we needed to get a family trust put together in case something happened to us. We contacted ******* and arranged an in-person meeting with ******. He explained everything so we could make an informed decision on what exactly we needed. We also knew we had a time restriction since we were in the process of purchasing an investment property in another state and they assured ** if we stayed on top of getting our paperwork turned in, they would get the trust put together in time.
