      First of all this complaint has nothing to do the the trainers. This is about their accounting and policies. I put my membership on freeze for several months. First of all they changed me $269 on the third month of the freeze. They said they couldn't refund it, but said it could 'roll over' I was ok with that....only to find out I could not use all the the credits up because if I put my membership on freeze trying to use those credits I couldn't book a session, so this policy made no sense. Also, I finally noticed that they were double charging me the freeze charge of $15 dollars??? One was the freeze charge and one was a late charge. Once again made no sense. How could they charge a late fee when they had my credit card on file?? They said they could not refund me for those months of over charge. I decided to cancel my membership and called and asked what was required. They said come in and sign something. At that time they never mentioned the 31 days notice. I went in on my next appointment and asked to sign the agreement at which point they said they had to charge me another months since it wasn't a 31 day notice. This is the worst membership I have ever been involved with. I love the service but horrible business policies. A financial scam. Stay far away from this business.

The last thing we want is for you to no longer benefit from our one-on-one assisted stretching services. We would love the opportunity to further clarify any details of your membership agreement, and to address any outstanding questions you may have.We pride ourselves in being fully transparent about all of our membership policies even going to the extent of providing a one-page, easy-to-read list of each and every policy that our Wellness Advisors review with every new member when they sign up. Nevertheless, we will pledge to do everything in our power to train our employees to do a better job of reviewing this list with future members.Wishing you well, StretchLab Eagle
