      I ordered a case for my Z Flip 6 in early September 2024. The fry i got the case I ended up not liking it so I immediately emailed customer service about to how to start a return. I was sent an email back stating to include my order number, reason for return and how I prefer my refund. It states to send through ****. I paid $7 to send this item back. Per tracking # the item was delivered at the return address they provided on 9/20. On 9/23 I sent an email to see how long it would take to get my money back. Per the email that I received about how to return my product it states "A refund will be processed as soon as the item arrives." It is now 10/3 and I have never received a response to my email from 9/23. I still have not received my refund either. Today 10/3 I sent ANOTHER follow up email AND I called the customer service number and not to my surprise, no one answered so I had to leave a message and doubt I will get a response from that either. This place is a scam and a terrible woman own company. I will NEVER advise anyone to purchase a single product from this company.
