I started my trucking business back in July of 2024. Accidentally came across FCCR. Man that was the best decision I ever made. ***** ******. ***** ****** I owe everything to him. Straight shooter, stand up guy. Very attentive and very professional. Legal department is fantastic and their customer service is through the roof. ******************** has been with me every step of the way assisting me with any type of help or guidance that I've needed in the past. At FCCR you're not just a client or number they make you feel like family We need more companies out here like FCCR to help and assist with new trucking companies. They are a blessing. 1 starI received a call from Federal Carrier directly following me hitting the enter button with the **** I was under the impression that they were with the **** He walked me through my application and told me I still had fees to pay and so I ended up paying over $500 that I didn't have. After having given them my credit card number, I researched what I had just done and found out that I indeed did not need them. I had done everything right up to that point and I could finish the rest of it on my own too. So I called them back the next morning and requested a refund and told them I don't need their services and wanted a full refund. I spoke with ***** in Compliance and he told me he would issue the refund. He issued about two thirds of the dollar amount and still owes me $200. I emailed him 4 times only to be ignored.Review fromMaurice M

1 starAnyone who is getting there *** Authority STAY FAR AWAY FROM FCCR They are scammers and using crooked deceived practices to get your business, they are a bunch of con artist. They are calling people around 7am to 7:30am in the mornings giving there ran down marketing pinch about the rules and regulation on getting a DOT Authority. LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FCCR. People go to the Better Business Bureau and see the complaints against FCCR of deceptive marketing practices in order to get your business. As soon I file for my DOT Authority on Jan 1, **** I got a call from *************************** at 7:37am, which he has violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) (1). 47 U.S.C. 227(b)(1)(A)(iii), (2) 47 U.S.C. 227(b)(3) it illegal to solicit sales to cellular devices, via call or text message before 8 am or after 9 pm. They can be fine between $500-$1500. ******* was proceeded to ask me questions about my company and told me that he seen where I have applied for my DOT Authority, I would need a driver qualification packet and that would cost $702 a year and my Boc3 license was $99.00 which was a lie, I checked on how much my Boc3 license would cost for my company the actual cost was only $30.00.Review fromMary W

1 starSCAM ALERT! Very soon after completing a new *** application, I received a phone call from this company. They tried to get me for almost $1000.00. I told him I would have to call him back. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! They are not the Federal Government. I had another call from another company and I'm sure they were going to try and sell me the same BS. 4 starsThey were the first to call and they sound really official....I thought they were with the fmcsa and found out later they were not...anyways ill update once I receive my I hope everything was filed correctly and if so then great job and good business.
