Five stars is simply not enough. I received my authority in less than 25 days. I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for helping us through this process.Brigitte is probably underpaid. She deserves more! She is extremely knowledgeable. She is extremely patient. She made this process flow like butter melted in a microwave or in one minute. This review may seem over dramatic to some but Ive had a lot of bad experiences and let-downs with companies and customer serviceso Im being completely honest when I say it is rare to find any company who delivers exactly what they promise AND has the staff/employees who can do their job intelligently, fast, efficient and precisely! Not one person has come across as inexperienced. I was especially impressed by ************************* and her ability to have me on the phone for maybe 3-4 min to have me login to an account so she could take care of everything else I was supposed to do.
