  Perfect Plumbing Heating& Air installed a new ****** furnace for me in November 2013. PPHA sent a technician out in September 2022 for a full-service tune-up and I was very satisfied with the tech's attention to detail and thorough cleaning and testing of the furnace. I was contacted by PPHA 1/25/24 reminding me I was due for a "furnace tune-up". I was told I could get a "special furnace tune-up for only $29 (value of $129)". The tech showed up on time on 2/5/24 and went to work on the furnace. I checked his progress about 20 minutes later. The tech was on the phone with his "boss" and told me the heat exchanger was "failed" and would need to be replaced. A sales rep for PPHA appeared at my door minutes later. I must say it was quite the tag team effort! The service tech brought me a written estimate for replacing one heat exchanger but strongly encouraged me to replace both. I was told it would be a 6 hour service call. Later that same day I received an invoice email for the $29 service call and a separate email with new furnace install estimates. I requested copies of the pictures the service tech had taken. I received a follow-up email 3 days later with the pictures as well as a digital copy of a "new" repair service estimate from the service tech only it was over 200$ dollars higher than the written estimate I'd first been handed. It was clear the repair estimate didn't reflect that the heat exchanger's were still covered under ******** 20 year warranty. I confirmed this fact in writing with ****** customer service via the serial number for my furnace. I was told I could get the warranty service via any authorized ****** dealer but PPHA isn't one of them! I had a ****** authorized service company do a 2nd full service inspection and was told there was nothing wrong with my furnace. I won't be doing business with PPHA ever again for anything! They tried to run a bait and switch scam on me by playing on my fears of a faulty furnace. Shame on them!

  We found it a valuable reference from our neighbor, who uses Perfect Plumbing. Our service was scheduled the next day from our call. Perfect Plumbing helped us with a clog in our bathroom sink pipe. They were helpful and professional. They provided valuable insights and tips to help us with ongoing maintenance. We appreciate the service from **** and ****.

  ***** arrived on time and was organized to maximize time and performed his tasks efficiently all the time answering my questions and keeping me updated on his work. I would recommend him and I look forward to having him work on my heating/cooling system again.

  The technician (*****) has provided regular checkups of our furnace/AC on a few occasions, with exceptional service. Not only the regular inspection report and communication, but also answered my additional questions. This last service required an additional service member to support an emergent issue which they (****) did immediately despite the relatively late hour.

  We had amazing service!! *** went above and beyond during our recent pipe leak! He put us in contact with a restoration team that took care of the water issue and fixed the pipe. Very, very appreciative of the professionalism and work! Thanks to all involved!

  I am 66 and they tried to have me replace parts that did not need done to the amount of $2800, saying they were emergent. They fixed a tub faucet by loosening a ***** nut and putting in a new cartridge and charged me $483. The part with everything is $65. I felt scammed. I had other company come to check the furnace for maintenance and nothing was wrong like Perfect Plumbing, Heating, and A/C had said. They wanted to schedule for a new furnance as well. Mine is 10 years old. I don't like to complain but I was devastated by this.
