    The nature fresh company does not allow you to cancel orders and they maintain a renewal service on your account without any possibility of cancelation. Attempting to email them always results in receiving a failure to deliver notice.

    These two products are not real products it is a fraud. Then they continue to bill you on a monthly basis even if you cancel they just continue to withdraw from your bank account and since its pre authorized it is very difficult to stop. Even though I cancelled my order because the product didnt work and the packaging was old like it had been in someones storage, they refunded me $12 and said dont return the package and they would refund half instead of me having to pay for postage. I agreed to this and they told me the order was cancelled. They didnt cancel, they continued to charge me until the received approximately $300 from me and I still have to wait to see if its going to continue to bill me because it wouldnt allow me to take my credit card all the way out of the system. I truly believe this is a scam especially with the product packaging being so old. I also believe the reviews are bogus because theres no way these products worked for anyone. Thank you

    I received an email (as bcc recipient) notifying 'gascoipev koigs' (at ************************* of an automatic renewal of NatureFresh charcoal bags for $443.98. The email ended 'Regards! *************************'. The subject line was 'Fwd:/Grateful Chords: Thanks for Your Invaluable Support".I do not know the people, the product, the company, or the group. How did I wind up with a Blind cc of the email? Somebody is doing something wrong. I see other complaints about similar emails.

    Received an autorenewal email today of Nature Fresh bags being renewed and payment of $371.76 being confirmed.Did not put on auto-renewal when ordered several years ago; and did not request product to be renewed, also the phone # ************** given to call and discontinue subscription is no good, recording states "You have dialed an unknown toll free number".

I have called to cancel on two occasions to no avail. I was directed to download a program to my computer to be able to contact the billing department. When I stated transfer me to the billing department, the company representative abruptly ended the call. I have read the reviews on your site. It appears that this Company makes a habit of these false charges.     I placed an order with Nature Fresh that I have not received, yet they continue to charge my credit card. I have written them, I have received replies, but I have yet to receive the product. I was told this morning that they have canceled my order, but no mention of a credit. And, no guarantee that they will no longer charge my credit card. I believe they are flim-flam artists.

    Today I found in my email a receipt for $376.73. It wasn't clear if it was paid by a credit card or from my bank account. The company is the Nature Fresh Company.I did order from this company once approximately 5 years ago but I don't recall signing for more of the product to be sent to me. I'm also relatively certain that the price of the first product I bought was much cheaper. I am an old lady living on a small fixed income and I would never have spent that much for air fresheners.Is there anything I can do to cancel this charge and order? The one phone number they list on the receipt, ************, hangs up as soon as it is dialed.Thanks for any help you can provide and for passing this information on to other consumers.Yours sincerely, *****************************

    I am writing on behalf of my father, who received 5 packets of air purifier from this company after 12/15/22. According to his email he made the purchase on-line on 12/11/22, though he has no recollection of making this purchase. I contacted the company on his behalf at #************** and was provided with the following return address: HelpWithMyOrder, ************************************************************************************************* (a 3rd party fulfillment center). I mailed the package from *** in ********, ** on 01/11/23. The 5 packets were packaged in a box and weighed 2 lbs. 17 oz. per ***. I contacted the company @ #************** this afternoon to inquire about the status of the return, since my father's account has yet to be credited. I spoke with "******", who informed me that he had been issued a refund of only $38 of the $59.95, since the "warehouse" only received 3 of the 5 air purifier packets. In order to receive the remaining credit, I would have to prove that there were 5 packets in the box! Of course *** does NOT open packages prior to sending them, but I informed her that I do have the receipt from *** with the actual weight of the return. She stated that this was insufficient and refused to allow me to speak with her supervisor. I terminated the call and asked my husband to call the company back on my behalf. He spoke with a "***", who again allowed him to speak with her supervisor and who began singing (!) when he persisted in his demands to speak with someone else. When asked about the refund, she stated that a partial refund had been issued to my father today (what a coincidence) in response to my earlier call. She also reported that the weight of each air purifier packet is ******* grams. If in fact I had only returned 3 packets, the weight of the return would have been ******* grams (or 1 lb. 10 oz.- 1 lb. 12 oz.). Given that the total weight of the return was 2 lbs. **** oz., the information provided by the warehouse is obviously ERRONEOUS.

    I am unhappy with the purchase. I can not get an answer on the phone. When I message to the assistant expert advisor, they just keep responding with question about my computer even though I told them numerous times the item has nothing to do with the computer! All Im trying to get is an order ID so that the ****************************************** bags can be returned. Also, its says I have to pay $5.00 to get to have a computer specialist respond. What?!!!
