    Terrible! I ordered from them about 3 years ago. I just got an email today, stating they are sending me 12 more bags (which I did not order) and charging me $349.00. I called their customer service and they sent me to a website to enter a code. It then wanted access to my device. I hung up. I guess I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    Thank God for BBB. I read these reviews before placing an order because their FB ad seemed fishy. What crooks!

    This company *****. I've been trying to get tracking info since placing order over 2 weeks ago got nothing. And contacting customer service keeps saying they will update me when they get tracking info still nothing. Have been requesting my money back and they will not refund that either. Do not order from this company.

    This *** is the pits! Their website is horrible, not user friendly at all. You write a message to them & every time you get a notice that there's a problem sending my message. You can't track an order without joining some app they promote. I'm very nervous about this transaction, but I shall not put up for any nonsense.

    Nature Fresh sells thier product at $101.43 for 10 bags with shipping & tax local big box stores are approximately $33 for the same thing....So go to *******
