    I paid $297 for the Unlimited Canine Companion package. And Emotional recalibration training. Got a new puppy and went in to use my lifetime access and it is inaccessible. There is no website anymore.. I would like to have my training videos or give me my money back.

    Like the other posts, I paid $297 for the dog training package and now the website is gone, no recent activity on ********* unanswered calls. I am unable to train my dog as promised because they have removed the training videos and there is no way to contact them.

    On 7/4/2018 I bought Dog Training Secrets, an online program promoted by *********************, for $297. I should have had permanent access to it. Because of family situations at that time, I was not able to watch this program beyond the first ****** or so. When I went back to it recently to try to pick up again, it was completely inaccessible. Calling their phone number on got me only a "Good bye" I can see that many other people ran into the same problem. What I want is my money back or access to the program (I would be happy to just have permanent access to the program. If I can only get access to the program for a reasonable period, I would grab the opportunity to watch it all, at least. Im not sure I understand why I don't have the program actually on my computer. Where is ********************* in all this. Is he the one to pursue??Thanks for any help you can provide. ********************* ************ **************

    I purchased several video teachings and lost everything on my computer; I wrote to the company and received a response from them that I never paid for anything with them. I just want the teachings and I will go away.***************************

    I can not access my subscription to Dog Training Secrets online. Same complaint as another person. Blank page and phone hangs up. Their product is really good. I don't understand what is happening unless they are having technical problems but since October 2022!

    I just discovered that my credit card has been charged $**.95 each month for the past 8 months by "thedogH33303432353039**3632Hsecret" with a supposed phone number of ********** according to the credit card charges. Calling this number results in a "goodbye" response and hang up. Their supposed website doesn't work. I paid $7 for access to their site in March 2022 and when I go onto what I downloaded at that time there is no way to contact them either! Even though there is a "contact us" button, it doesn't work. I want $303.60 back that they have charged at #**.95 per month, and I cannot contact them to tell them this!

    In Nov 2018 I purchased the Calm Dog Bootcamp Total Purchases$97.00 I am trying to access the account and cannot. If I click on the link in the enrollment letter it comes back as "link disabled"If I try to log in it says "invalid email or password" When I say forgot password it never sends me a recovery link. I know it is the correct email because it is listed in my receipt.If I ****** them it takes me to their site. If I click on contact us it says "this site can't be reached"When calling the number given on my receipt it says "goodbye" and hangs up.I don't know what else to do. I was supposed to have access to everything forever.
