    On August 27, 2018 I purchased two dog training courses. Invoice *******, Impulse Control, $27.00. Invoice *******, Calm Dog Bootcamp, $97.00. I was sent an email with my ******************* stating, Welcome! We have set up a personal library for you in our program website, where you have unlimited, lifetime, access to the program(s) you have purchased. I had not accessed my library in awhile and I just recently tried to login and my username/password did not work. I attempted a password reset multiple times, but never received an email with reset information. I then sent an email asking for my account to be reset and included a copy of the invoice(s) and account setup emails I received in 2018. I never received a response. I emailed multiple times and did not receive any response. I tried calling the number listed on the website, but the number just quickly says goodbye and disconnects. I tried contacting support via the online contact form, but never received a response. Ive checked the website and there is NO information indicating they are out of business or having technical difficulties. Since my guarantee for full lifetime access to the programs I purchased has been denied and support is non-responsive, Id like a full refund immediately.

    The original transaction occurred 4 years ago; unfortunately due to the amount of time that has lapsed I do not recall specific amounts or dates and my credit union does not have proof of transactions past the last 2 years in order to verify this information. I do, however, have an email that was sent to my email address ********************** on January 20, 2018 stating that they have set up an account for me on The Dog Training Secret and they provided me with my username and password. I recall purchasing not just one training video, but the entire bundle which was being offered at that time. It was a one-time, in-full purchase and I had access to all of their training videos from that point on. I also remember purchasing an additional training package down the line. I routinely logged into my account from the point of purchase through to probably late 2019. I was unable to login to my account when recently attempting about a month or so ago. I tried both of my personal emails with no success. I requested password reset links to both emails and did not receive any response. I attempted to use their "live chat" resource on the website with no success as it says they are offline every time I try. I also emailed the business with no response. I have attempted calling their listed phone number *************) which has no dial tone, but an automated voice which states "goodbye" before ending the call. The last email correspondence that I can reference received from the company to my ******************** email was on 7/25/2018; I have also received email correspondence from the company to my alternate email **************************** regarding puppy socialization on June 17, 2019. At some point, I stopped receiving correspondence altogether from the company. I would like to receive access to my paid content as well as an explanation as to why the company has not been responding to inquiries. I would also like a refund if it happens they cannot provide me with access.

    Ordered dog leash... *****,, was charged but never received product..... every month since they are billing me $35.00 and neve never received anything.....no website and the phone ************ rings one time and hangs up.......... This is a scam
