      Quoted $***** every three months online, (I wish I could send a picture of the webpage, it's still saying that on 10/1/24) then had to call a week later before I even got my garbage can. Didn't get a single pickup the entire month, then got a notice of an additional automatic withdrawal for $35.75 the beginning of the following month. When called to complain, was informed that the ***** was prorated for a partial month, and that it is actually ***** for three months (!!!!). Then was told that the garbage truck had come by twice, and my garbage was not out. (?! I set it out the night before the pickup date and had it out all day.) My neighbors had warned us of the frustrating service, but I didn't realize it was this bad. I'm so glad I'm getting out. I am grateful that they finally gave me the full return of my money (I got really upset when they tried to give me a partial refund for the month of "service" I had received). Would not recommend them to anyone. There are certainly more reliable services out there, without the gaslighting.

      They do not pick up trash as they said they would. Skip us all the time. Called to get out of service contract . Even though they provide horrible service I can not get out of contract. Would not recommend this business to any one.**************
