      Bought new camper, first time using it the fresh water tank leaked. They claimed they fixed it (they didn't). Cut the under belly. Replaced tank and claimed to replace under belly (they didn't). When asked why they lied about replacing under belly, Andy became belligerent and hung up on me.

      If you enjoy extreme arrogance in a sales staff and never being able to get a single person to pick up a phone or return a call or a text after you have paid for your item in full then by all means swing in to Bishs ** ***********. Dont be surprised if the five hundred dollar charge on you card to hold the ** until you make the 3.5 hr drive ends up being one thousand, but hey thats ok. Oh they will call you back after you have stopped payment on your check to tell you they were too busy with other customers to address your issues that day and that your not being respectful when you have finally run right out of patience.I was told that the hour of time spent with me to spend 6 figures was a grand gesture on his part.What a waste of time!

      My husband and I went in to LOOK at some campers. I informed the salesman that we were only looking. I told him exact what we wanted to look at. Then he asked me if we were paying cash or financing. 1 it shouldnt have mattered at this point as I told him we were just looking. 2 Ill admit my husband and I looked a little ****. We had been working and took a break to come in. I told the man that I didnt have a lot of time. He says well I have 400 trailers out there and I dont want to show you one that has like a **** a month payment. I am now getting mad. How does he know I cant afford that payment. Then he takes this paper with 3 things written on it into the office to take to some men and the all look at us. Thats when we left. I will never go back!!

      Just bought our new toy hauler from Bishs! We sure wish we would have read the Better Business Bureau reviews before buying. The minute we stepped in the door we were doomed. Bought a brand new toy hauler! Said they spent 3 to 5 days making sure the unit was absolutely perfect. For the pre-delivery walk-through, they grab somebody out of the back, pretty sure it was a service technician. Part of it was our fault that we did not turn everything on and off. We were however told the refrigerator had no power But we could bring it closer to home and have any alliance service take care of it. Rest of items not working was ** had no sound and found out the ** was broke off the bracket, the lights in the storage by it were not wired right so they did not work, Microwave was falling off the wall so somebody stripped the bolt that held it to the cabinet. The bed in the garage slide does not go up and down properly. after bringing it home, and calling a local ***** dealer, they said they would not service anything they did not sell. The good news out of all of this is we found a mobile RV technician that works with alliance and they were awesome. They were pretty sure a lot of these items the dealer already knew about them. pretty much when they took our money that was the end of the deal. I shouldve paid attention when the sales representative said we work on volume. That shouldve given me a clue that thats all they do is push him in and out the door as quick as I can and thats the end of the service. The only way to get good service is to call the manufacture Would never ever buy from this company or pass their name on to any other potential buyers.

      To summarize all of the issues we had while working with Bish's o They did not follow through with what they said they would do o They never returned calls o They told us one thing when talking to us but then told our insurance company something completely different o They left for lunch in the middle of working with us while dropping the camper off o They left the wrong camper unsecured for us to pick up causing us another wasted trip into Lincoln to pick up our camper. o The customer service was terrible, I had spoken with the service manager multiple times yet when he called it was like it was the first time we had ever spoken.

      Spring of 2022 we went to our local Bishs dealer to look as campers and get an idea of what we were wanting. We were already pre approved from our bank, we just needed to find what we wanted. When we arrived and walked into the business we were instantly judged as having no Money and not one employee/ Sales man would offer any help. The receptionist was very surprised and ended up placing us with a gentleman who was upset that we came preapproved and not wanting to use the bank they choose. He only showed us a few units and said well we have nothing left to show you and excused himself. Fast forward a few weeks we purchased a wonderful camper out right which was the best decision for us. Unfortunately tour camper now has a recall and we have been calling Bishs once again because the original owners purchased the unit new from the previous company that Bishs took over. I have called several times and was told I needed to submit an email to them with a photo of the recalled part with the serial number so they could match it up with the recall list and was told someone would contact me. No one has contacted me and I once again recieved in the mail a recall notice saying that my unit has not been serviced for that recall. I call again this time around not one person will answer the phone in the service ***** I reached out to the Chat feature on the website and made my complaint and was told someone will get ahold of me. Not one person has reached out to me to get this resolved. I will be reaching out the manufaturer of the camper and see what other options I can. I DO NOT recommend the ********* ** location for Bishs.

      The company is all about selling you a trailer and if you have issues too bad. Bought a 2023 trailer within the first weekend my fresh water tank starts leaking, shower door roller break, propane cover cracks, front nose cone lighting falling off, trim falling off inside, awning arm is bent, sliding benches that are seats for a table and to make a bed wont slide out. Schedule appointment to get things fixed they didnt have a clue that I was coming in for these other issues they thought it was lights only. Trailer was at shop for over a month. Fixed shower rollers, fixed water tank adj some drawers, fixed sliding bench but did not fix awning arm, crack propane tank or lights. Parts on order. Get trailer home and a few days go by notice I'm missing a belly pan and silicone around my fresh water drain valve. They put silicone around the valve to stop the leak, which is more likely not food grade silicone so drinking water has been cross contaminated. Lawyer will send a sample to the label to test. I have called several times and only get a response every so often. I have videos of pealing the silicone off and pictures of everything that is wrong. They are waiting me out to see if I will give up but I will not because I have so much on them now that lawyers will be involved
