      **************************** ** the most dishonest place in the world we bought a camper from them was told we will inspect and look it all over and test every thing out and fix it at our expense before you get it. Ya that never happened we took it out the very first time the underbelly fell down dragging on the ground the hot water heater leaks faster than you can put water in it, they also told us they filled the propane tanks they were empty, the fridge will not stay cool. have not tried the air yet. might not work either Then to top it all off the title was delivered to us a week after we needed it signed over so there were penalties to pay, got lied to again about that tried to talk to the manager come to find out after talking to supposed manager that someone was using his name because he had not been there in almost a month. now they wont call back and refuse to answer any more phone calls.

      I would recommend to never purchase a camper from bishs Rv . I will make sure to tell everyone the horrible experience I have had with them and the 2 brand new campers I have had to deal with them on . Management will not contact me or deal with their horrible service and theyre lying to customers about ordering parts or their service. It has been a nightmare dealing with them . Plus has cost me time and money to bring it back and back to them to fix the same stuff they said they fixed . They wont warranty their own work either !! I will make sure that social media knows all about my experience with bishs Rv and how they treat their customers . I am not done dealing with them so this will not be my last report on them . So I would recommend to never go to Bishs Rv !!!

      I find it incredibly dishonest and incredulous how the BBB gives a business an A+ rating while most of the customer reviews show significant problems with this business. This indicates a major issue with the integrity of the BBB and its purpose for being in business. I will no longer trust the BBB, ever!

      We ordered an ********** 5th Wheel from Bish at the Omaha RV show in February. Loyal and Chelsea did a work order and they agreed to a price based on trading in our current rv. When the new rv finally arrived at the end of September, we were told that due to inflation they no longer would agree to a trade in or honor the
      price we had agreed upon. We had stored our rv indoors based on the trade. We could have sold it in the spring for a great price but waited for the trade in. They wanted us to pay over $20,000 more than our agreed upon price. Buyer beware! They do not honor their word, we did not get
      the ********** because of them not honoring their word.

      There is a lot I'd improve.When we walked in, we were ignored until someone met us at the door on the way out to the lot. He quickly learned our requirements and expectations - primarily that we have a baby on the way and need a camper that can be used immediately off-grid and through the winter. He told us that, without a doubt, this camper could do precisely what we were looking for!We could not purchase the camper quickly; the process took over a week to get the paperwork set up. Then we had to drive another 3-hours+ for an "informational session" (a waste of time, mainly because folks were not knowledgeable about the few things we knew needed to upgrade - i.e., solar) and to sign the paperwork, which they ultimately didn't submit to the appropriate parties. Here is the list of all the issues we've spent hours working on with our camper and compound the horrible experience we've had to date. 1. The "additional batteries" that were part of our negotiated deal don't even last longer than an hour or two with just the basic draw of the camper. We added more solar panels and ***** AH AGM batteries. With only the fridge running on gas, the camper power doesn't last through the night.2. We were told that the only way we could get support was to take it into ****** and pay for service hours. 3. We're only about 2-3 months into living in our camper, and the water heater is already presenting the next major issue - it stopped working.As I mentioned, we have a baby on the way; this was our stopgap through the winter. I would do anything to return this camper; it's been a waste of time, money, and energy and a HUGE source of stress on our family. I've resorted to looking for places to rent this winter because this isn't a safe option for a baby, an expense we honestly cannot afford.

      We were on an RV road trip and heard a crash in the cabin. Much to our horror, the door of our refrigerator had fallen off and the contents were strewn around the cabin. We looked for the nearest RV dealer and found ******. What a blessing! Even though they were in the midst of a weatherization promotion with lines everywhere, the service manager Farhood Baiti quickly got the job done. He's our *******

      THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE - GET SOME COMPENTENT TECHNITIONS IN THAT CAN DO ACTUAL WORK ON AN RV, DO THE WORK THEY SAY THEY DID ON IT. Not look directly at you, and say, "Yes we replaced the slide out seal so it should not leak when it rains" and then get it home and look and the freaking seal is NOT replaced. OR replace camper entry door because cracked all over, but then cannot close the door, or lock it - ON A BRAND-NEW DOOR. Do they not double check the work? Wouldn't that be a noticeable thing - the door opens/closes super hard and cannot lock it from the inside. Suggest NOT making decisions on own - to ALWAYS contact the customer if going to change something like the backsplash. All wanted was more backsplash added, they say "it's done" go and pick it up - they changed it from what it was to some MENARDS stuff. ****, I could have done that, but I wanted more of what was already there - not different. I have a list of 22 different items of various things going wrong or broke in the past 2 years that ******************** just could not seem to fix. This is a BRAND-NEW CAMPER - Purchased NOV 2019 and I think it's a LEMON. HOW CAN THIS MANY THINGS GO WRONG IN A BRAND-NEW CAMPER?? AND WHY DOES the service department not call, not fix, not order, not do? So many things......so many cancelled trips due to repair needs, so much money lost, such c*** service. Telling as many people as possible "Don't buy from ****". Even thinking of taking out space for ad on billboard by ******* Location saying "DONT BUY FROM **** - S*** SERVICE"! Have tried several times to call area rep - no answer or call back. Tried several times to call ************* either number doesn't work, or mailbox is full. Even tried to fill out ************ website review us part - get it all filled out and then hit submit - get the error "An error occurred while submitting the form. Please try again later. ONCE THEY GET THE $$$ - nothing else matters. They don't care.

      We were traveling from ****** to ********, ******* and had a horrible hotel experience. We decided to purchase a trailer and I researched dealers in ***********, ID. Found ******************** and we drove straight there. We met a rep and he immediately took our info and what we were looking for. He showed us several and we chose one that was perfect for us. They were very professional and they treated us with respect. No high pressure, very down to earth group. Picked it up two days later and we can say it was the greatest process we have ever went through purchasing any type of vehicle.

      Wow, it is so nice when a company doesnt honor its printed guarantee. I was recently trying to sell my travel trailer. I contacted fish and received a offer of from them of $7500. That was the top offer they were willing to go and I had to deliver the ** from *********************** to ************* ****** at my cost. They have a $500 guarantee posted on their site that states they will be anybodys offer or pay $500. I went to camping world and also got an offer of $8000 for my ** and I had to drive 14 miles to deliver it. When I contacted the salesman **** at Bishs ** he has refused to contact me back. I sent him a copy of the executed Bill of sale from camping world and Im being totally ignored. I would not deal with this dishonest ** dealer or service center at all. Be careful what you look for. I contacted **** to give him a chance and he told me to take the deal from camping world via email because they would not be able to touch it. I still have that email for proof as well.
